You guys need to retrain the night shift cooks. They messed up every order this past month. They don’t know how to make the grilled cheese burritos, the steak quesadilla is pretty much just cheese every time. The other items are missing toppings or they don’t cook the tortillas all the way. The sauce cups are not even half way filled. No way you guys are being stingy with the serving sizes at $15 an hour. The food definitely isn’t worth the price at this location, go to the next one.

Pretty good service. Little bit of learning curb so there's naturally a little bit of forgetfullness. But. Other than that. As long as you check your bag you should be good 👍. Nice portions

I placed my order at 1:09 pm since then 3 people have gotten their order through the drive thru, There’s people in the back yelling and not doing anything, and there was a guy with gloves on using his phone. I didn’t get my order until 15 minutes later and I only ordered 3 small things.

Greatest experience i’ve ever had at a Taco Bell, the food was great. My order was even crazy and complicated and they got it all right. The guy at the window was super super nice super helpful and my food came out really fast.

Terrible customer service and got the entire order wrong. I haven't had people be that rude in a very long time.
They gave us a completely incorrect order, forgot our drinks (I'm inclined to think deliberately based on our interaction) and were EXTREMELY rude when informing us they were out of various items. Never have I felt so unwelcome at any establishment. I get sometimes you're going to have a bad night at work but why in the world would you take it out on someone who's being polite and reasonable?

Usually endure a line at drive thru. Waited 24 minutes in drive thru one evening. Stuck in line and Couldn't get out due to the concrete barriers. Cashiers taking drive thru order never ever say the proper greeting. That turns me off. Food Products are okay and are edible. There is a variety. Go to place, when very desperate. They have Pepsi drink products, which i don't like. Update: please train drive thru employees to say: “welcome to Taco Bell, I can help you.” I’m in drive thru once again. Proper acknowledgement would be much better to hear than “how ya doing” or something close. Slang.
update: Cantina Chicken Tacos and nacho fries are pretty good. The Luxe Box is ideal for the budget minded and pretty descent. Usually they are out of some beverages. It’s hit and miss with efficiency of the drive thru cashier.
