this taco bell has really gone down hill since September. aside from their Baja blast always tasting bad, I just pulled a looonnnnggggg dark hair from my cheesy gordita crunch, I have platinum blonde hair so it's not mine. I won't be back

Nobody would help us and then the lady at the window told the worker she doesn't know where it is so training needs to be done. I got a rude face when I ask for my drink that I didn't get with my food . There was a line and none of the workers was trying to help .

We sat inside to eat. It was relatively clean compared to other Taco Bells in the area. Food was given quickly and the guy at the counter was very nice! I especially love that they still serve breakfast!

My order was missing something and all I wanted for them to do was give me what they missed the first time and redue my order because I live 10 minutes away and I didn't want to eat cold food the manager refused to do it. So I just went ahead and got my refund and went to Wendys. This place is a joke

I literally went through drive thru and ordered a combo meal and two cheesy rolls . Soon as I was handed order. I left the window so next car could get there order. I looked in my bag and no cheesy rolls . So I immediately go through line again. 1 min later after receiving my first order. I tell them they are missing from order. Ask me to pull up . Here is where everything went left . Not lady working window she was nice this other female comes to the window . Saying wants up boss to me . I explained that cheese rolls were in my bag . She looks at me as if I’m lying and I’m like it’s cheese rolls and it’s 11pm at night 20 degrees. I’m trying to go home .I don’t need to steal two cheesy rolls . She couldn’t look in my bag because she said she couldn’t touch it . So I preceded to take all items out of bag . And hand her a bag with condiments only with my other food getting cold . She just looking at me . No response of making it right . Just like a look that I’m lying. I pretty much had to get a refund on whole order and gave food back . Because she saying I want to steal two cheese rolls . We asked for her name then she lost steam and didn’t want to say her name very unprofessional

I seen some crazy tacobells this one by rural king is the worse smoking weed out the back door The inside smell like weed too I go up to front counter and they continue to smoke. They’re blunt or whatever about 10 long minutes later, they greet me kind of they walk up, so what do you want? They got the rap music on 100% volume those more like a club and a fast food place. I wouldn’t care if they made some food, but that’s one thing they don’t do in a reasonable amount of time.
