I’ve had terrible service.
I’ve had a server Aurbey. I didn’t think coming into a restaurant involved an attitude.

New management is horrendous!! The place is going down hill fast and needs to be shut down immediately!

Gabby who took my over the phone order was so sweet and patient with me, she's the best!

This is a warning to everyone in Jeffersonville and surrounding areas.

DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE!

This place should never have been rebuilt after the fire. Quality of food was terrible. Staff shortages falls on management and upper management. Design of place is ugly.

I tired to give this place a second chance but to me, ever single time I step foot in a Tumble Weed in this Louisville metro area (even Shepherdsville), I don’t have a good experience.

Please just shut down all locations.

10/5/25 Sunday afternoon TW has only one waiter working the dining room. Chips were terrible. Food was cold. Now charging to use a card as payment. I will not be back.

Stopped in for happy hour and dinner. Place was packed. Kaitlynn was the bartender and our waitress. She was excellent. Great personality!

Everything was perfect! Every time I come! KP and KENZIE are absolutely amazing servers. Best of the best! The only blemish on this location is Tommy. The bartender/server. Horrible attitude!!! And it seems like each time I’ve interacted with him, he seems to have been drinking. Very unprofessional. Other than him, I love this place.

Only one server waiting on nine tables sat there for 20 minutes waiting to be graded got up and left

Just tried dining in with my husband, my sister, and my 1 year old daughter. Came inside and didn't get greeted which is whatever it's monday. Got sat in a booth with out being asked if we need high chair, which we did, so my husband goes to grab one just to tell us to move to a table. So we move our menus to whatever table we feel since we have no common restaurant service here. We sit at table for 2 minutes, mind you, there is only two other tables with people eating at them. So we're waiting, no apologies for all the issues and get brought chips. He asks for what salsa but we enjoy their queso. We ask for a small and he dashes away and doesn't even ask for drinks. Brings the queso and dashes away. At this point, none of us want to eat here because we are all uncomfortable. Couldn't even necessarily rate the food but if it is anything compared to the service here on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 4pm then do not go.

P.s. last time I ate here was when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was 8 months pregnant and my daughter is now 16 months. We had terrible service then too but I hoped things would have changed. I guess good service died there when the building caught fire.

Opens at 11 lights on doors locked cars out back but won’t answer phone or open door

Mann... I used to love Tumbleweed back in the day. However, it has since changed. The issue I have with the particular store is, I have order Buffalo chicken tenders multiple times and have selected the buffalo sauce...They never seem to put the buffalo sauce in the bag at all. I unfortunately, will not be ordering from them again. Which makes me sad, because this used to be my favorite spot growing up. They also changed up the Queso years ago and it has just never felt the same.

My husband loves going here to get a burrito. I normally get the steak or chicken avocado tacos.
