Everything was perfect! Every time I come! KP and KENZIE are absolutely amazing servers. Best of the best! The only blemish on this location is Tommy. The bartender/server. Horrible attitude!!! And it seems like each time I’ve interacted with him, he seems to have been drinking. Very unprofessional. Other than him, I love this place.
Mann... I used to love Tumbleweed back in the day. However, it has since changed. The issue I have with the particular store is, I have order Buffalo chicken tenders multiple times and have selected the buffalo sauce...They never seem to put the buffalo sauce in the bag at all. I placed an online order for 11:30am, as I was running morning errands and wanted to pick food up for lunch on the way home. I arrived at the restaurant before they opened and was happy to wait. The staff saw me waiting in the parking lot, so they made the order and brought it out early. I thought that was very thoughtful and great customer service. The food is also very good.
