Rockstar cook is the only good cook but the server that works with him on second shift is lazy, always on her phone, makes people wait for ages until they are the ones who have to tell her that they are ready to order. Rockstar grill opp had to serve his own tables and cook the orders at the same time. And the grill line is always dirty never seen it get wiped off one time. I was a cook at waffle house for 1 year and I was good and I know I can cook better then anyone in this place and I know that whenever a customer walks into a place and sees a dirty grill line it makes them leave because the food gets cut and served onto the plates from the grill line. And the 20% to go fee is outrageous

Had to wait about 10 mins to order our drinks then it took about another 10 minutes to get the drinks but a server had a pocket knife she was waving at another server I don't know if they were playing or what but she left it open on a table when kids were near by

This location is AWFUL!! Rude staff who doesn't want to be there. Orders all wrong. Remakes took forever. Terrible service. And they won't answer the phone. Save yourself the trouble and go to the IHoP on Veterans' Parkway instead!

Super friendly staff. The preston highway location is perfect for us, as it's in the same parking lot as our hotel we stay at for the equip expo
If I could give less thatln 1 star, I would. Sat there for 15 minutes and walked out because the girl working qas on her phone and the guy just ignored us. We were the only people there... Absolutely ridiculous. All the bums hanging around outside the building (at least10 if not more) make my family uneasy. Will never step foot in there again.

Great location. With great staff. My friend and I walked the big for bridge at a round 2am. We wanted to eat something this was the only place open. It was fantastic. The staff were amazing as well.

Best waffle house experience in many years! Everything was clean, the food was hot and fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised how quickly it came! There were only 2 employees but they were professional and stayed busy. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!
