This location is AWFUL!! Rude staff who doesn't want to be there. Orders all wrong. Remakes took forever. Terrible service. And they won't answer the phone. Save yourself the trouble and go to the IHoP on Veterans' Parkway instead!

Disappointed in food and staff. Waited awhile and the food was overcooked and dry. Tea was way bitter. I usually don’t complain and it has to be pretty bad for a review like this, but the waitress was goofing off REALLY loud with the teens. I like laid back and authentic personality but there should be some level of discretion and professionalism in a place where it’s supposed to be peaceful and kind. Like, she was talking about other customers and how badly she wanted to go home. Idk it just was more like a Wendy’s type of vibe.

The food is really good. If you have never tried Waffle House, you are severely missing out. They are almost always open. They call it the Waffle House Index for a reason. My favorite is the T-bone steak and eggs with hash browns. I wish they still had hot chocolate. It was so good, and I miss it.
Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian so I have not noticed.
Dietary restrictions: Everything is made to order so meal customization is fairly easy to do.
Parking: They have typical Midwest style parking.
Kid-friendliness: They are super kid friendly. They gave our son a chef's hat!
