This is the only waffle house I'll eat at. The regular staff there is great, and Woody's an amazing manager! They look like they always have a good time, dressing up for the holidays, and the movies in the parking lot, their football jerseys are great. Every time I walk in, they acknowledge me by first name. No other waffle house or management has ever been so welcoming as this staff, Woody, and his regular staff that is... you can tell when they have other people in from another store, its not the same environment and not the same experience, the manager standing in for Woody while on vacation was rude as hell to one of the employees the other day when he asked if she heard him call his order because someone else was waiting to call their ordering and she damn near bit his head off, needless to say, I can't wait till Woodys back..

This location is AWFUL!! Rude staff who doesn't want to be there. Orders all wrong. Remakes took forever. Terrible service. And they won't answer the phone. Save yourself the trouble and go to the IHoP on Veterans' Parkway instead!

Disappointed in food and staff. Waited awhile and the food was overcooked and dry. Tea was way bitter. I usually don’t complain and it has to be pretty bad for a review like this, but the waitress was goofing off REALLY loud with the teens. I like laid back and authentic personality but there should be some level of discretion and professionalism in a place where it’s supposed to be peaceful and kind. Like, she was talking about other customers and how badly she wanted to go home. Idk it just was more like a Wendy’s type of vibe.
