Every time I walk in this store, it smells like someone pooped in the lobby. Nasty smell to have in a food restaraunt...especially if it's a daily thing. Maybe the health dept needs to inspect the building. This is disgusting.

Disappointing. First attempt at a Wendy's in at least 5 years. It will probably be another 5 before I try again. The burger was tiny (ketchup packet for scale, or lack thereof) and hardly hot off the grill. Good thing it was a combo with nuggets. They forgot those. I did get my fries, so maybe this is the Meatloaf combo? Two out of three ain't bad. I never have issues at Culver's. Their food is truly hot, fresh, and orders have never been short.

I stopped by Wendy’s and left a bit disappointed. The food wasn’t as fresh as I expected, and my order took longer than usual even though it wasn’t very busy. The staff wasn’t rude, but the service felt rushed and not very attentive. I’ve had better experiences at other Wendy’s locations, so this one fell short of what I was hoping for

This Wendy’s is SOOO bad!!! They never use open the second lane. They have the building locked and it’s not even 6pm. It’s by far the worst Wendy’s in the area. I’m not sure how it stays in business.

What is up with drive thru wait? I have tried twice this week, and one drive thru is always shut down while it takes one car in front to order 20 minutes. No one is on the speaker taking orders. You just sit there and finally 20 minutes later someone finally asks for your order.

Ordered delivery from this location and I ordered 20 Piece Saucy Nuggets Meal and a Small Chili. When it arrived at my place It was missing my Fries and Drinks and my chili was no where to be found, thankfully I was able to get a refund for the missing items. Hence everything worked out in the end still kinda bummed about the missing items.
It is 7:45 am and all of the doors are still locked!?

Manager was in the bathroom on her phone in the bathroom and did not wash her hands when finished doing her business in the stall. I left before ordering anything and will never return. Don't feel like getting a food born illness that could have been prevented by something as simple as washing your hands after going to the bathroom.

Tonight 7/5/25 we went through the drive through and ordered a party pack of nuggets and a small chil. Order #3269. Upon opening the nugget bucket there were at least 5 hairs that we found. They were not ours. I'm bald and she has brown hair. These were black or very dark brown hairs. We are not going to eat these. They were also out of baked potatoes which is the reason we decided to go to Wendy's in the first place but since we were at the order speaker and had waited in line to get to it we ordered something. We were hungry. I have pictures of the hairs stuck to the humid cardboard bucket but don't see where i can add them here.
