I just went to get free veterans combo. Thank you. This was the best customer service experience I've had in months. The woman who took my order was so kind, personable and sincere. The food was incredibly fresh. The fries were perfect . But the service was phenomenal! This is the kind of service I remember back in the day, the way it should still be everywhere. Thanks! Apparently the employees here are incompetent and cannot read. I have ordered through doordash from here multiple times and it never fails I never reiver my sauces. I add extra sauces but people are to busy playing on their phones to even do their jobs properly.

Normally this location does really well with my orders at 1:00am. However, at 9:00pm when I'm the only person in the drive-thru they forget my large fries and I asked for zesty sauce and got marinara. I called and Sandy was very helpful, it's just frustrating when you are CRAVING something and don't get it.

Took order in next lane when we were in line first. Took a while to get our food. I'm not sure what happened to WC, but it takes forever to get your food anymore.
