Genuinely how does this even happen? There’s puddles of pure grease in my food. I’ve loved other Wingstop locations but I don’t even know how this happens

Me and my boyfriend walked in to place an order was greeted by an employee saying “you can’t order” i proceeded to say why not thought she was joking around she repeated it again and I said okay proceed to walk up to counter to order and she says “then who’s gonna take your order dumbass” I ignored it employee was drunk or high couldn’t understand my order I repeated it serval times and she was saying different things I thought she was joking but she was serious and then cuts me off to proceed to talk to other people and have a conversation so I stood there waiting for a second then I decided to leave and then she followed me and my boyfriend outside watching us I did not know this lady so I didn’t understand the problem very unprofessional i called to speak to a manager she did not care

Never in my life have I had such perfectly Sauced Wings unless I made them myself Amber was funny and friendly and not only did she take my order she took care of my order as well I don't know if she's a manager or not but she is definitely management material from I experienced with her today. I am not easy to please I know that I am super critical and hard to get along with but that girl showed up & showed out today. I will definitely be coming back just for her. I had a long day today and she really made it better.
