We ordered our food ahead of time, went through the drive through and was told to pull forward, so we did. We proceeded to wait 20 minutes, watching others get their food and leave. We got four items, one being a drink. My boyfriend had to go in to ask about our food, the person up front told him that they just forgot about our food.
For getting four items, they being a salad, a drink, two nibblers, and an order of loaded fries? 20 minutes is ridiculous, forgetting or not. On top of that ordering 15 minutes ahead makes this even more shameful.

I ordered a cobb salad with my HARD EARNED MONEY, and they still didn’t have it ready after 40 mins and when I went up and asked they had to go make it. I took so long to go up there and ask because i had already eaten in and was talking to my buddy and the salad was to go for my dad. I get the salad and it is the sorriest looking salad I have ever seen. It didn’t have bacon or egg. I went and asked for the bacon and egg and received SCRAPS!

Ordered drive thru and we live 5 minutes down the road. Cold chicken and soggy fries for $40. I have lost all faith in restaurants and the so called professionals that run them.

I stopped at Zaxby’s and the experience was disappointing. The chicken tenders I ordered were not very hot and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The crinkle fries were undercooked and lacked seasoning, which made them bland. The dining area was somewhat messy, with several tables needing to be wiped down. Service at the counter was not unfriendly, but it felt rushed and unorganized. I have enjoyed Zaxby’s in the past, but this visit did not live up to their usual standard.

They don’t even give you Half of your food when you order it, I drove away from Passed Charlestown on my way home to get food and they don’t even give you half your food

1 register open at lunch time. Line out the door.

First and last attempt to get fed here today. I got half my order. Item was paid for and on the receipt, so unless the Doordash driver ate it, I got ripped off. My company orders Doordash every day for lunch and there are way too many other options than bothering with places that fail to provide what is ordered. Nothing was marked, so the same dish with different sauces turned into chicken roulette and everyone lost. Chicken fingers can be found almost everywhere and most of them have myriad other options and still manage get it right. Next.
