I am writing this review for the poor girl at the front counter that was left by herself at the register. It was her first day. Shame on this establishes management… this poor girl was doing everything she could to handle all the angry customers because she could not do everything at once.To Zaxby’s management: do better for your employees.

The food was really good, but the dining room was disgusting. Still had food on a bunch of the tables left over from previous guests. The floor was a mess with trash everywhere and food. The sweet tea tasted like metal, which means they don't scrub the tea urns at night time like they should.

I just tried Zaxby's for the first time and I'm a believer Staff super friendly. shout out to the young men working the drive-thru window this morning. barcode wouldn't scan so he fixed it for me the food was absolutely delicious the toast is unbelievably good put me in a commercial and I will just eat the food on their.
Had a great meal at Charlestown Rd.'s Zaxby. They really had a good meal for Veterans Day. Was really impressed with the service and how tasty their food was.
