Foods good staff are super friendly 95% of the time.... those floors are a nightmare though, and its not like they are dirty(?) They just feel so sticky!!

My wife and I went thru the drive thru on our way leaving town. It was when we were on the interstate that we found we were short a sandwich to one of the 2 meals. I called and the GM, James, answered. It was a friendly conversation, and he simply told me to mention his name and they would replace the meal.
Easier said than done as We went in and spoke to Alex the shift manager. He showed immediate distrust and could not comp the meal using the register, telling me it would come off once I ran my card. Of course it did not. It was an ordeal with customers listening and I felt uneasy as if I were asking for a hand-out. Ended up leaving and going to another restaurant.

I went to the Kendallville Arby's this afternoon. Was waiting to order for about 10 minutes! Then waited on our food for another 15 minutes! Didn't even get all the food we ordered and didn't realize it till I got home. By that time I didn't want to go back and wait longer. Our food was cold too for having to wait 15 minutes. This is the 3rd time going there and it's been like this! Sandwich was so thrown together cheese and roast beef everywhere! Was very disappointed! Won't be going back!

It's Arby's, what is there to say. No curly fries the day I went. I almost drove off. If it wasn't for my dad in the car, I would have. Always stock your signature item.

So... Getting good thought the drive through and the employees talk to what I can only assume is a friend at the speaker for no fewer then 20 mins while a line of cars pile up to the road. It took a lady to get out of her car, enter the store to have them finish there conversation and begin to work again. Then we proceeded to the pickup window where the car that was the initial holdup receives a fountain beverage and only a beverage then proceeded to talk for another 5mins.

I ordered the number 9 (chicken bacon Swiss meal) just now and they gave me a BLT. Roast beef, lettuce tomato. No cheese. Cost more, get less.

Standard Arby's. It was fine. The building was a little tired, but clean when we were there.

These guys are fast, friendly, and deliver a product that shows they care about what they're doing. I have to drive an extra 2 minutes to get my lunch there, and still get back to work 5 minutes earlier, feeling fuller and happier 😁
