Took 20 plus minutes for a double cheese burger meal. Not sure what they were doing behind the counter but definitely wasn't good service. Update. Got my food. And every bit of it was cold, what a Waste of money.

My husband and I ordered chicken sandwiches and nuggets. We waited patiently for a LONG time to get our food. Once we got home, we noticed the chicken nuggets were super old and dry. I thought the long wait was for the nuggets to be dropped!! My husband was the only one who ate them because he was hungry. Well, later that night it gave him food poisoning and his stomach is still not right. This is the second fast food place in Kendallville to give us food poisoning, and I will never be back.

Went thru the drive thru. They gotta be the slowest fast food place around. Ordered 2 whopper Jr's. Never asked if I wanted cheese on them I asked for one without lettuce ended up getting 2 whopper Jr's w/no veggies and with cheese. Didn't even bother to go back because they are so slow

This had to be the driest burger I ever got. I ordered a whopper Junior. I gave it two stars because at least the fries were good. If not for that, I would’ve given one star truly the worst burger.

By far the best service and food I've ever had from any burger king establishment. Ordered online, through the app and my food was ready exactly when the app said it would be. All my item customizations were completed as requested. Every time I come here I am so happy I did. Beats all other fast food establishments in kendallville by far.

The absolute worst fast food experiences repeated at this place. If they have what you wanted, it's gets served as wrongly prepared and presented as nasty as possible. I only hope I can attach a photo to this and you will see exactley the type of crud they purposely hand people from this dump. It wasn't always that way, but as of this year it is the worse food you can get in the Kendallville area and I hope you don't get ill from it. Smh

Ordered 4 double cheese burgers for me and my dad. The high school kid who took our order acted like he couldn’t be bothered to take our order and kept cutting us off. Ate my food and within 20 minutes had stomach cramps that gave me the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had food poisoning before but this was on a whole other level. Only made it to the Casey’s general store down the street before I had to pull over. Spent 30 minutes in their bathroom and thought I was actually gonna pass out. Left sweating so bad i was in a t- shirt in 15 degree weather. Avoid this place like the plague.
