Order a biscute sandwich n my biscuits r burnt n my hashbrown r cold n everytine I order for delivery they forget my food everytime.. I would rather go to mcdonald's than come here atleast I kno my food isn't burnt or cold n everything is there.. my sandwich smells like they threw in a microwave n warmed it up after.. it's nasty but my dog loved it but she also eats anything.. I will prolly no longer go to ur store

it’s an ok location they just hire people just to hire, some of the people are just so rude and disrespectful to the customers and not so nice. i went there today and i was the only one inside of the place and i wanted to get the new whopper meal but wasn’t going to pay $10 for a whopper when they don’t even have the purple bun so what’s the whole point on that? so i just got my usual whopper and chicken fries and the chicken fries were hard as a rock not good and i tried to ask for new ones and one girl with the brown hair just rolled her eyes at me and i also got the fries and the onion rings mixed and they only gave me one onion ring so i just paid for fries so i also told the lady if i could get more onion rings and again she just rolled her eyes and just told me to leave so i thought that was rude. i also checked my whopper and the whole patty was burnt to a crisp and i asked if i could just get a refund and the same response was just to leave and she wasn’t going to serve me at all and i just thought it was rude and disrespectful of her just to do that so 17.00 down the drain so i will most definitely won’t come back

Women working the counter making nasty comments about the drive thru people. Then when the guy in front of me asked for his paid for juice she slammed the door open. He said thank you and she said nothing. Then went into complaining about herself.

I came to get a quick bite to eat not be disrespected. I asked for my drink Cups and the manager acted like it was a big deal when we were the only ones in there and said in a minute while she sat there and talked to the other worker about their personal lives. Finally got my drink cups after me and my kids stood there just waiting. Than we had some chicken fries and a burger left so as I was leaving I asked if I could get a to go bag. Manager didn’t say anything turned around and grabbed a bag and just threw it at me. Corporate needs to come in and do a cleaning of house. Hire new managers. I get it’s fast food and normally it’s kids working. But these were two grown women. Pathetic. The line used to be long here. Now for the most part it’s always dead.
