I come in with my bestie almost every Saturday after our workout for coffee and breakfast. I order the same thing every week because when you find what you love and it makes you happy, why change it? :) A few weeks ago before I could even start my order, Jaycee (the barista) said out loud my order to me perfectly. It absolutely made my day!!! <3 The shift lead/manager was standing there and I told her she needed a raise and she said that she had just been offered a promotion!! Well deserved, Jaycee. I also stopped in on a random Thursday before work and the shift/lead manager was working the register and she also remembered my coffee order. Once again, totally made my day. The staff are always friendly, the space is kept clean, it is always busy and the staff are hard at work making orders efficiently. Of all the 5 lakes I have visited, Kendallville is THE BEST!

Love the coffee they make! Always on point at the kendallville. Very friendly service. Generally quick in and out as well. Worse part about here is just the drive thru. Being a awesome coffee shop tends to get busy so the line wraps in the street due to a super small drive thru. Doesn't define them being bad though!!! Highly recommend!

Coffee was great as usual. But Ima need yall to be nicer to your customer service workers. You have these poor souls so terrified. This lady was so scared I was going to yell at her for me waiting 10 minutes in a VERY busy drive through line at 930 am. Like if you are that late you can't wait 10 minutes in a drive through line you shouldn't be getting coffee. Don't blame the workers for your lack of time management. SMH. You guys are amazing. Thanks for always being consistent with my lattes. ??

Errands don't always have to be boring. Delivering a letter and dressing the part makes the task at hand a little less dreary. Espresso helps!
The staff here is amazing. Lots of smiles and good attitudes to go around. I found out today from the lovely cashier that there is indeed a 25 cent discount when bringing your own reusable cup!
I have only one suggestion for the business and that is to get some tiny 8oz Miir tumblers with your logo on there for me to play with and collect!
