Love the coffee they make! Always on point at the kendallville. Very friendly service. Generally quick in and out as well. Worse part about here is just the drive thru. Being a awesome coffee shop tends to get busy so the line wraps in the street due to a super small drive thru. Doesn't define them being bad though!!! Highly recommend!

Coffee was great as usual. But Ima need yall to be nicer to your customer service workers. You have these poor souls so terrified. This lady was so scared I was going to yell at her for me waiting 10 minutes in a VERY busy drive through line at 930 am. Like if you are that late you can't wait 10 minutes in a drive through line you shouldn't be getting coffee. Don't blame the workers for your lack of time management. SMH. You guys are amazing. Thanks for always being consistent with my lattes. ??

The staff here is amazing. Lots of smiles and good attitudes to go around. I found out today from the lovely cashier that there is indeed a 25 cent discount when bringing your own reusable cup!
I have only one suggestion for the business and that is to get some tiny 8oz Miir tumblers with your logo on there for me to play with and collect!
They started a turf war with scooters coffee. Now the whole towns turning against each other and fighting about who's got the best coffee. This is wild

I had high hopes for Five Lakes, but my family's experience was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we walked in, we were met with unfriendly staff who seemed disinterested in providing any kind of service. It felt as if we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
To make matters worse, on three separate occasions, we encountered spoiled milk in our drinks. The first time, I thought it might be a one-off mistake, but when it happened again, it was clear that there is a serious lack of quality control. It’s unbelievable that such a fundamental issue could go unchecked, especially in a coffee shop.
The overall atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming, which only added to our disappointment. The staff didn't seem to care about our concerns or even attempt to rectify the situation. It was frustrating to feel ignored and unappreciated as customers.
Until there are significant changes in management and staff training, I cannot recommend Five Lakes. It’s a shame, as this place has potential, but the combination of unfriendly service and poor quality has left a lasting negative impression.
