I’m a truck driver who came in hungry. I got a take out order. The guy who took my order was friendly and had a good sense of humor. The food was fresh and damn good. Hardly anyone was in here which makes me think this is an overlooked location. But the food and service are top notch so if you come here you’re going to get taken care of.

Nate ( Lucifer the Devil) he refers himself as had been grabbing my mom shoulder and telling her no one liked her and that she had kids to take care of and the manager did nothing except tell my mom to stop and Nate from before stole $600 and pretend like it was his tip and was eating my sisters food that my mom bought and him and the boss Dave are like best buddies so Dave wouldn’t fire him and gave him his job back after stealing $600 from costumers

My boyfriend and I came to eat with another couple last night and the food was wonderful but the service was terrible and disrespectful we had a male server who was the only server there it started off like any other time we’ve eaten there. It slowly progressed to my server making me feel uncomfortable and hitting on me in front of my boyfriend and continuously saying vulgar things about the cooks in the back. He was calling them names and expressing his lack of respect for whoever was back there. He kept repeating that he had no one helping him and he had to do everything alone. There was a couple other customers as well and seemed like he could’ve been overwhelmed but there was a girl who kept coming out and helping deliver his food which I’m assuming is the cook he was speaking so poorly of. IHOP should consider sitting down with their team and discussing how important it is to show respect to others especially in front of customers. Hopefully last night was a fluke in service cause as always the food was great! But if we were to continue to come back and have to deal with the same server again we will more than likely walk out.
