I wait 25 minutes on strips just for them to forget my fries. I told them the least they could do was freshen up my drink and they made it seem like I demanded my money back. One of them screamed after I called out the nonsense. I didn’t screw up. If anything I just paid these people to screw up, yell, and treat me poorly. I’d rather just not have a McDonalds in Kendallville than to have such a poor representation of self respect in our community. Think about that a moment....read full review
Just got off the phone with the manager at the kendallville Indiana location and apparently there's nothing the can do about all 4 of our pops tasting like chlorine. they said call door dash its their problem. then when the manager asked the employee I spoke to the first time she said its not what I mean
some employees are great don't get me wrong. but I'm TIRED of going there and being treated poorly. on top of food being wrong, and just threw on like a bunch of toddlers made it. I've worked at McDonald's myself. it is NOT hard to put a sandwich together the right way, not like a slob, and treat your customers right.
