My experience here this afternoon was absolutely awful. As soon as I walked in the building it smelled as if there were raw sewage poured into the building. The only reason I didn't turn around and go somewhere else is because I was just that hungry. I ordered my food for dine-in, and instead of my food being brought out on a tray, they brought it out in to go bags. I chose the cleanest looking table, which was still a far cry from clean because not a single table had been wiped down. I waited ten minutes to get an order that wasn't even worth what I paid. My fries were cold and soggy, and my chicken strips were drowning in grease. I asked for a tray after I got my food because I didn't want to set it on a dirty table, but based on the quality of my food, I don't think it would've made a difference. Even when I asked for a tray, the manager Jess made me feel like I was an inconvenience, and pretty much ignored me for a solid five minutes. I definitely won't be back for any shift she runs. I'd come back on third when I actually have a guarantee at good food and good service.

If I wanted a medium fry I wouldve ordered one. Next time someone orders a large dont fill it up halfway. Do better cause obviously reading another comment, I'm not the only one that this has happened too.

I wait 25 minutes on strips just for them to forget my fries. I told them the least they could do was freshen up my drink and they made it seem like I demanded my money back. One of them screamed after I called out the nonsense. I didn’t screw up. If anything I just paid these people to screw up, yell, and treat me poorly. I’d rather just not have a McDonalds in Kendallville than to have such a poor representation of self respect in our community. Think about that a moment. Does this location positively represent your community? Reviews would say shut it down, and give the location to a more respectful franchise.

This is about the 4th time in a row I’ve come from this McDonald’s and my fries were only halfway full. It’s getting to the point where I think these employees are trained to fill them to the point of a medium fry to cut costs. Getting really annoyed and am starting to feel the value of this McDonald’s is not worth it in this day and age.

Visit over the weekend....the Women who delivered my curbside order rudely stated that there are closer spots and we should use them the next time.
Visited today amd parked in the closer spot and waited over 20min for curbside with 2 cars in drive thru at the time. By the time I went in to check on my order over 10 cars had come and gone through the drive thru. Took over 5 min for someone to acknowledge me waiting inside and then another couple min before they finally gave me my order. I went out to my vehicle and went to eat it only to realized it was all cold.

Most of the time I don't have any problems. Maybe it's the workload with the new Grinch meals, but yesterday I got 2. Neither of them had the Shaker bag or Grinch salt. There was a problem with my big Mac, but the manager fixed that right away. I just really wanted to try the salt, so I guess I'll need to get more. Leaving this review because they're not answering their phones.

While going to pick up my order on Nov 29 at around 10, we got stuck in the snow. At the same time, an employee was outside. He saw the situation and went above and beyond by pushing my car, helping my car get unstuck. Wish we would have caught his name, but really huge thanks to the guy who helped get my car unstuck!!!

My boyfriend and I have ordered door dash from here so many times and they screw up something on our order almost every time. First they forget my sausage on my sausage egg and cheese biscuit, then they forget my apple slices like 4 times now, they’ve forgotten my hash browns, and recently my sprite. I get my refunds thankfully but I’m just wanting what I ordered. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s before, and I know it can get busy, but this is just ridiculous.
