They abuse parking you in a spot for lengthy amount of time to make their metrics seem better frequently. This location is one of worst examples. Expect to wait 10-15 min on a regular basis for the simplest of orders.

Manager looked me straight in the eye and Lied to me about food. And when I called her out on it she said it’s their protocol so she has to say what she said and to have a nice day. Opened my food bag once I got to my truck and all the food was half unwrapped and 90% of the toppings were in bottom of the bag.

some employees are great don't get me wrong. but I'm TIRED of going there and being treated poorly. on top of food being wrong, and just threw on like a bunch of toddlers made it. I've worked at McDonald's myself. it is NOT hard to put a sandwich together the right way, not like a slob, and treat your customers right.

The food was excellent. We messed up. The driver of our auto accidentally drove last the pay window. So she was yelling at us from the window. I could not even hear what she was saying. We drove around so we could oay at her window. When we g o t back around she opened the window to take our money and closed it before he could give her the money. When she opened it again she practically grabbed the money from his hand and slammed the window shut again. Would not let us apologize. I'm sorry, that rudeness to a customer was unacceptable.

Every time I stop here, my egg is cold and hard and not eatable on my breakfast sandwiches. You go to La Grange McDonald’s, and the eggs are fresh every time on their sandwiches. This McDonald’s needs to do better job.
