Most of the time I don't have any problems. Maybe it's the workload with the new Grinch meals, but yesterday I got 2. Neither of them had the Shaker bag or Grinch salt. There was a problem with my big Mac, but the manager fixed that right away. I just really wanted to try the salt, so I guess I'll need to get more. Leaving this review because they're not answering their phones.

While going to pick up my order on Nov 29 at around 10, we got stuck in the snow. At the same time, an employee was outside. He saw the situation and went above and beyond by pushing my car, helping my car get unstuck. Wish we would have caught his name, but really huge thanks to the guy who helped get my car unstuck!!!

It’s pretty good I have to admit, I’d say it’s comparable to some of the best 5 star restaurants in the world. There are amazing employees who are kind and patient with me. I have ADHD, Autism, Alzheimer’s, Schizophrenia, and Hepatitis C, and maybe even HIV. So it’s hard for me so I’m glad that the employees of the Kendallville McDonalds are kind and respectful, and care about their job and other people food.
