Ordered soft tacos did not receive. Sour cream on everything which we ordered no sour. If you can’t read you are bound for failure. Make a mistake equal to that at my job and you are fired

This is the most disrespectful Taco Bell location I’ve ever encountered. They will make eye contact with you and say “Oh I’m not helping door dash people tonight”….then will literally not make your order that was paid for already.

If you drive for doordash I wouldn't even bother with this place unless it's a large amount. Rude and careless people work here.

Firstly, I love ❤️ Taco Bell and their food. I choose it almost every time over other food. But the Kendallville, Indiana location is just such a great location. They have their faults sure, but the people there try so hard to do their job right. The manager does really good at making sure the employees keep up with service the best they can. I love it no matter the challenges it faces every now and again. At least they are there, working, and trying to make a difference.

Ordered food for pickup and drive through was packed, so tried to go inside to pick up but they said no that I had to wait in drive through line. Lady was rude and acted like asking was bigger issue than it really was.
So for two or three weeks the double decker toco was on the menu. Now, for the last several weeks I haven't been able to find them on the menu. When I question the workers they tell me that they still have them and they are there on the menu. Today I tried again. I don't see them and the manager said they are on the menu and walked away to make other orders. I spent time looking again and could not see them. I overheard the manager to one of the employees not to help with the Kiosk. Folks need do it themselves. I finally got one of the employees to come to the kiosk. I asked again about the double deckers. She replied they should be on the menu. I was able to get her to look and she was unable to find them. She apologized and entered my order via cash register. I asked next time I come in what am I supposed to do if they are not offered on the menu? She replied I would have to get the manager. Well, she is a hard person to get her attention and come to the register. And on top of that she is not real friendly.
Very poorly managed. One of the workers named Gabby kept screaming and swearing and trying to stand and talk while some of the other team members were trying to do their Job.

We had a bowl and the potatoes on our order. Had to go to counter and was told they had no forks or spoons, could have said that when we ordered

There has got to be one specific person who makes the food thats lacking. 90% of my visits are fantastic. the food is so good and they never miss. But every once in a while, its awful. I got a crunchwrap with almost nothing in it. But every other time its great!

I went in and ordered 3 bean burritos and put NO ONIONS and they literally packed all three of them with onions, I am intolerant to onions, onions will make my stomach hurt and make me bloated so thanks for that and on top of that they have their phone go straight to voicemail so I couldn't even call them about it

Fast and friendly service
We ordered 3 chalupa supremes and 1 crunchy taco supreme. All of our food was cold!!!! Chalupa shells could have been fresher.
I could barely hear the guy through the speaker…and my taco was cold and cheese unmelted…it’s Cantina yo!!!
