I want there today to get some breakfast who was 10:30 a.m. and they do stop breakfast at 11:00 so ask her if they can take my order they did when I get to the window they said oh we don't have coffee I'm like what why not and one of the employees whispered we cant make coffe its almost late then she told coffe dispenser broke I'm like no I heard what your co-worker told you so I will never come back here again

The drive thru employee was extremely rude right off the bat before we even said anything to her. I don't mind short responses normally but it was over the top abrasive. Nuggets good as always.

The Pit Stop

Been here multiple times and food has been cold 2 times in a row! Got to the drive thru zero greeting just a “go ahead” ordered our food pulled up to the window and got awful service the entire time until I asked for their name (Trisha) at the window…got home which is only a few mins away and boom! Burger was not even warm at all atleast this time the cheese was semi melted I guess, fries cold, utterly disappointed this place deserves no business definitely won’t get mine again!

Everything was luke warm at best, undercooked chicken spicy sandwich that couldn't be eaten (was literally cold and hard), fries that were all wilted, and chili with beans still rock hard. Ridiculous! Paid almost $40 for meals we could not eat. Tried calling to have it corrected and no one answers the phone. Stay clear of the Kendallville Wendy's. They also had an employee outside scrubbing the parking lot drive thru lane with no gloves or PPE on and then went inside and grabbed our food with no washing of their hands. Wendy's deserves better leadership at their Kendallville location, as I am sure Wendy's hold a higher standard than what this crew seems to offer.

Worst meal we've had in a long time. Fries were so old they just hung in your hand. My sandwich was supposed to be no pickle and you can tell it had pickles on it, but they took them off-fyi the pickle juice is still on the sandwich, stop thinking you can just pick the pickles off! The lady at the window was nice, but neither of us could even finish our food. This place used to be good!

Hiring!? Scheduled interview for my niece . Shows up to interview... We are fully staffed ? umm ok .. then WHY SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW!? No wonder these fast food places can't keep helping they can't even communicate ????Waste of time and gas!? Taco Bell did the same thing ?

Nobody had a clue as to what they were doing. And it was mostly all older folks working there. Not young kids. I don't like it, but I've come to expect it out of the younger generation.
