I just ordered a salad from here and they gave me a quarter chunk of lettuce and then they told me that they never had Caesar salads on their menu ever. This place is going downhill mostly due to the staff

Ordered 3 meals and all 3 had an issue. One had wings that were not sauced. One ordered pretzels and beer cheese and got no cheese. My salad had the whole end of romaine in it that took up about a third of the total salad. 🙃 I dont think we will order from here again. Spent $50.

This is the worst wing ever . I Have been to wings ect. In Plymouth indiana,Goshen and even in Sturgis Michigan and never have I had a beer poured in a recently washed warm glass and served. Than too top it off the Mgr. pour the beer into my original glass and spill it all over the fricken floor and get pissed that he made a mess . Not only that when I walked in there were like 15 big mugs sitting on the bar empty and the Mgr sat in his office and didn't even come out to help. They all should go to the Wings Ect in Goshen and take some serious lessons because they have there shit together. Plymouth you are good and so are you Sturgis. Kendallville clean your bar as soon as someone leaves pay attention to your customers and the Mgr there get off your you know and help your staff. Clean the dang floors and bar seriously. My suggestion Goshen has the best bar tender ever. Fast pays attention to her customers and is not counting her tips as the taps are payed.

Our server Amanda stayed professional even though a dude from another table was being a real d!<k. Great nachos. Fun watching Summer League and having a "refreshing" beverage!

Today was my 7 year old daughter's birthday. We asked for them to sing Happy Birthday to her.
They told us they don't do that anymore.
My kid was sad. ON HER BIRTHDAY.
they couldn't make an exception?
She actually chose this place to come eat.
It's sad this establishment can't sing a simple Happy Birthday to a 7 year old.
