we've been there a few times. never disappointed. food,service and staff are all nothing short of amazing. best place to eat in Newton County. it is that good!

How do you rate something that is perfect? The food is absolutely fantastic. The soup is the 7th wonder of the world, it replaced the lighthouse in Alexandria. The atmosphere is an art of its own. From the hanging grapes to the subtle barn wood, it is as authentic for italian decor as you can get. If you go to olive garden you get a mcdonalds experience with dried up breadsticks and wilted salad, not here. I have yet to eat something or drink something that I can criticize or find an issue with. Seriously if you haven’t had an evening listening to the perfect playlist that pairs well with an Italian margarita or a hot bowl of cream tortellini soup then you haven’t experienced true dining perfection. If you see the tik tok’s of a nonna making sauce and dishes then I am convinced one has been kidnapped and has been promised her freedom if she keeps making delicious food! So if you appreciate a fun, light environment that brings you in hungry and sends you home uncomfortably full and happy then this is your new home.

I came to the area for work and check this place out. It blew my mind! The food was amazing. The service was great. The atmosphere was inviting. And the hospitality will be very hard to beat. Scott gets two thumbs up from me. I will return!

I absolutely adore this place. The decore is top notch, the food is to die for, and the people are so kind! I make a detour to visit here every time I'm in the area. 10/10 establishment!

Trattoria was the best surprise I've had in a long time. It was the first time we have been there and the food was delicious, atmosphere was very nice, and the service was excellent. At the end of our meal, the Dj was setting up next to us, which was him and assistant standing and talking by our table, but the manager still came up to our table and apologized for the interruptions. I wish it was closer, it's about a 1.5 hour drive from my house, I would go back more often.

We had another excellent experience this evening. My husband had the pork tamale dinner and I had the lasagna. Both were very well prepared and delicious. Complements to the chef. Will continue to patronize this wonderful restaurant.

First time here and will definitely be back soon and often so amazing from the food, to the environment, the staff and the owners nothing less then phenomenal! Brought a very touching feeling of home for me! 100% recommend!!

Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The cocktail list was fun and fresh, the Italian Margarita left me wanting more! Amazing customer service from the owners and the server Emma, top notch attention to detail in the decor but most importantly the food and atmosphere feels like you’re walking in as part of the family. Food is love here and we can’t wait to come back!
