The food was really good but way too expensive for what you're getting. I got a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink My wife got a grilled cheese with coleslaw and a drink and it cost us over $50. Will we go back? I doubt it.
Steak prices are current Market Price. 8 oz sirloin was $27. The steaks were cooked perfectly. They had a good seasoned flavor and were tender. We both had baked potatoes that were cold. My husband had the rice pilaf. It was bland and the rice was sticking together. Dinner Salads were just lettuce, cheese and diced red onion. The salads looked nothing like the salad pictured, but they were still good. The raspberry vinaigrette was one of the best ones we’ve had anywhere. Service...
We have eaten here several times & the food has always been great! The burgers, fish & chips, pulled pork sandwich all very good but the bone in chicken wings are the best we’ve had (and we’ve tried from everywhere - even Ale Emporium which failed big time!) Nice, laid back atmosphere - clean, not fancy - and can carry on a conversation! Another bonus - only a 15 min drive from Greenfield!
