I just walked into this Burger King at 9:15pm on a Friday evening and let me tell you, I was blown away! The manager Matthew, phenomenal customer service! This guy treated me so kindly like I’ve been a regular for years! The food, outstanding! I mean talk about “hit the spot” an understatement if you ask me! Great job on the food and service guys! I just drove 12 hours from the ports in New Jersey and this is exactly what I needed! Thanks knightstown Burger King! You’re the best!

I was traveling across Indiana and set my destination at this Burger King for breakfast. I opted for BK over the McDonald's next door. I order French toast sticks. They were made fresh so it took a minute. I received my order and sat down. I opened the bad and there was sweet icing, not syrup. I went up the counter and asked for syrup. He said they were out. I told him that I wouldn't have ordered the sticks of I had known that. He smiled and shrugged it off. Didn't off to replace my order, nothing. Just went about his business. I would have left and gone next door. No big deal. Now I'm stuck with something I don't want.

Would be much more attractive and rated higher if there was somewhere to change a baby. This location is right off of the interstate and is convenient for traveling, but do not take your small children in if they need changed. There is no where.

Went there around 10:30 today to get lunch. Waited until 10:40 to order because he said he couldn’t take my order right now & there were only two cars infront of me. I waited and then they have an original chicken sandwich and whopper 2 for 5 I ordered it. He didnt ring it up that way. Only ordered it because it was the same price for one item as both.I asked him about it (order wasn’t on the screen so I couldn’t see how it was rang up) he tried not to give me my receipt when I told him the price seemed to be off. I said well can we make it right and he said unfortunately since you didn’t say you wanted the 2 for 5 I can’t do anything about it. Why would someone not want the discount? Sorry didn’t know I had to say make sure you ring it up for 5 dollars. That’s your job buddy. I asked for a manager she said the same thing to make sure you say you want 2 for 5. Then she handed me back my money & said hey it’s not a lot but ever little bit counts. Lady it’s over 5 dollars. Why would I give you extra money ? I have plenty of money it’s the principle that your over charging me. Then she shut the window without handing me my food so had to wait and ask for that. At this point food was cold and im pretty sure it wasn’t just from the wait. Place is always slow. We typically don’t go there and now I remember why.

Straight TRASH. The service was garbage, the entire restaurant looked like a pigpen, dirty as hell. The order was wrong. The hash browns were nothing but grease.The sandwich was not edible.The coffee was burnt and beyond disgusting.I
have never thrown a meal away, until now.Garbage!
