My food took about 15 minutes to come out but I appreciate that everything was fresh, made exactly how I customized it on the app, and nothing was missing from the bag. I’ve been having trouble with other Mc Donald’s literally ignoring my customizations or just straight up forgetting things I paid for. I give it 3 stars for the atmosphere because like I said it took a little while for the food to come out so there was a bunch of other people standing around in the lobby waiting...
The workers at this McDonald's are the absolute most professional and friendly group of people I have come across in a long time. I wish they could train the ones where I live at.
Caleb at the counter was very quick and polite. He was knowledgeable about the prices, and informed me it was cheaper to purchase a meal (including a drink that I didn’t want) rather than 2 burritos and a hash brown separately. The food was prepared quickly, about the same amount of time it took me to fill my drink at the machine. It was hot and fresh.Later on I even saw Caleb approaching customers at the self-serve kiosk and offer to assist them quicker than they could use...
