We accidentally placed an online order to a different location who were not so friendly to us regarding the situation over the phone. However the amazing staff here were kind, curious and understanding. They were simple awesome.
Between the customers who do a poor job communicating what they want (whether it be due to a language barrier or poor communication skills, I saw both) and the one really slow dude who mumbles, you might be standing there for a pretty long while.I'm only taking off one star because I'm assuming the slow guy was new.
More a review for MikaylaMikayla was an absolute delight! I witnessed her work her tail off with a line of customers while also keeping her cool. She communicated with her teammates, who eventually joined her, with direct information and made sure they heard her even though they didn’t respond the first few times she spoke.
