“I usually never have any issues with service or the things I buy here. I just want to say that to the older lady working in Fingerhut bakery today that was not only rude slamming my purchases on the counter, and was speaking rude to me, and put a dirty wax paper in the box of donuts (because yes I seen it hit the floor and watched you pick it up and then put it in the box), BUT YOU WERE LAUGHING at my 3 year old grandson who not only tripped backwards in his excitement over a cookie he chose, but when he FELL against that metal rail at the bottom of the counter flipping over and hurting himself, then jumped on me because of your failure to get all items I asked for and had to run my card twice.....you have lost my business.... as well as several others who I know have given you plenty of theirs as well. I was there at 10:50 this morning and I have definitely put this on social media for everyone to see.“
