I waited 10 minutes in the drive through to get to the speaker. I assumed they were busy and had fresh food being made for the lunch rush. However, I get to the window and we get our order only to find out the food is far from being hot, the medium onion rings weren’t even filled, rather they had as much that you would probably get in a value size and the onion rings were old. This location has its times when the food is good, but that comes down to the employees and their training. After about 15 minutes in the drive thru we got old, cold food and wasted $20 on a lunch that was far from worth it. They could have at least put napkins in the bag but they must be cutting costs somewhere between training and napkins

Would give service 10/5 if I could! The staff treated me like a king, even offered a crown! I also got told that I rule, and so did the other costumer behind me! Food was given to me quickly, service was VERY fast!! The cashier told us that we rule, and that made our day.
If you’ve previously had a bad experience at this BK location, I urge you to give it another shot.

Decent fast food spot. The burger wasn’t bad, but that one giant chunk of onion completely threw off the taste. Other than that, pretty tasty overall — but yeah, $12 is pushing it. Place was clean, no mess around, and the location is convenient with easy parking.

This one has some odd/weird thing where you have to wait at first window, until 2 window person tells 1 window person they can pull up. It might make your metrics look better, but it's no benefit to the consumer

Lazy can't order any ice cream products when they're busy they give you the same excuse that they can't. Then everything else you order whether it be 5 things they can't seem to give you what you ordered. They want 15 an hour to work there, but can't get the simplest order right and treat you like an inconvenience because they gotta do their job.
Probably the cleanest Burger King in the area food was fresh and good really great Burger King, that's saying a lot since it's connected to a gas station (I had experiences)
