Why is it so hard to get a simple order correct?.. I order my sandwich plain how do you mess this up EVERYTIME!! & since when is BK "blackening their buns".. How is this even acceptable to serve are these people blind.. I mean come on!..

I come back to this location because of the people! They are the best!
They don't pay much attention to the counter. I mean it's like they really don't give a rip. Bunch of employees and one car in the drive thru. Tried to order a lunch item during breakfast hours and the cashier looked at me like I was an alien. It was never a problem before, but she said they do not do that. This place is poorly run. I don't go to bk often, but like a whopper every once in a while. Doubt I'll be going back here. I'm usually in that area in the morning. Never had a problem with the food...when I get noticed and get to actually order.

Just overall not happy with BK! Their menu just isn't my style. Here in Knox the management is rude and the way they talk to their employees and customers is ridiculous!
I had been waiting in line for several minutes. Finally get to the speaker to order and was asked to hold on. While I'm waiting another 5 minutes a car pulls up to the other speaker.. when a person comes back they take the order of the car that just got there at the other speaker first. I go there often but i dont have a problem with never going back.

Worst BK I have ever visited. Extremely slow. Always out of things. No real eggs for breakfast items. Just gross egg beaters. Place could be booming if had better management with fresh food. Cant hear the person well on drive through. Had to lean out window and could still barely hear. After waiting several minutes to be told we will be with you shortly after I said hello like 10x. How about as soon as a car pulls up say hello thanks for choosing BK we will be right with you. Nope just silence.
