Definitely the best bakery I have been to in Indiana. I got a burger and crispy shoestring fries in addition to the vanilla cake, creme horns and donuts. Everything is so fresh and never tastes like preservatives or like it was made 3 days ago. Staff is friendly and helpful. Worst thing is that there are only 3 locations and it takes so long to drive there. Love Fingerhut Bass Lake! Only problem is it not open all year. It is not.fancy. But it is clean, good food and great staff. They even have a water dish for our dog. We eat there all the time and have never been disappointed!
Just wanted a cup of java and something to go along with it. The coffee is not as strong as I like it. But, it will do in case of emergency. The sweets are a different case. Plenty to chose from to satisfy your sweet tooth.
