My partner had gone at noon today, only to be treated as if he was disserviceing the employees to enter the vicinity. When looking at what he wanted to get, very rude comments were made that "Some guy is looking at stuff" as if he was not a paying customer. You are a public space to make a profit and to serve those who come in to acquire you that profit, it's not hard to treat your customers like people.. The only reason this is a 2-star review is because the donuts are the only thing worthy enough to find a plus-side to.If you can't stand your community or the public within it, don't work with people.

I LOVE DONUTS. They are my absolute favorite "sweets"and I have been to many donut shops. I started going here 1or 2 times a month for the past 9 years. I give 5 stars on everything. I also feel their price increases over that time period have been very fair, especially with what has gone on during that time. I was "treated" to Voodoo donuts once and was shocked at the price for the quality of the product. At best they were fancy Dunkin Donuts at 4x's the price. If anybody reading this wants to experience a fresh delicious donut at a reasonable price this is the place to go. I have always been treated with courtesy and kindness.

I ordered a donut that was very good, but the white cake with strawberry filling was disappointing. It wasn't moist. My husband said it was dry, too. I will return for donuts but probably won't be buying a cake again.

I called the day before my friends birthday and they were very accommodating. I ended up ordering 2 cake cups with white cake, strawberry filling and whipped cream frosting. They were absolutely delicious!
Went in for carrot cake for my 25th anniversary, but they didn't have one. So I got a chocolate cake instead.

This is a hard review to leave. Having lived in the area for 26 years, Fingerhut Bakery has always been our go-to for delicious sweets and treats. Do we still love the things that they offer? Absolutely! They still offer one of the most delicious cakes we've ever had. Why the two stars, you might ask?! Because the prices have become absolutely insane! I understand things are more expensive these days, and everybody is in times of struggle, but this only makes it worse! To have to pay $144 for three 10-in round birthday cakes (that we added OUR OWN decorations to) is absolutely insanity! I received 3 PLAIN cakes with Happy Birthday, 4th grade penmanship, written on them. I was so shell-shocked after placing my order that I made no mention of it to them personally. But we will never ever again be shopping at this Bakery; not for a $7 cookie, not for a simple birthday cake that costs $80, not for the donuts, not for anything! Goodbye and farewell, Fingerhut Bakery, it was nice while you were nice!
I "special" ordered a 4 tier atomic cake & they nailed it!! It was ALL I ask for. The fudge layer was especially great. Haven't had a cake this good since the "70's" when the atomic cake made it's apperance.
