This place robbed me. I don’t normally write reviews but I still can’t believe this happened to me. So a couple of nights ago after work I was tired and hungry and thought okay let me order off my boyfriends app and get us food. I pull in the drive through I have the code up and I give it to the lady twice. She says we don’t have that code. What am I supposed to do with that? So I pull around and am trying to find a way to fix it. I’m thinking maybe the order didn’t go through? So I click the X out of the order, and try to reorder. But I noticed that it gave me the reward points for the order so now I know it went through. I check my receipts and there it is it did indeed go through. So now I go inside try to get help from this teenager at the counter. He takes a picture of the receipt and shows his manager. She yells at him for having his phone out?? And then comes over after I’d been waiting for 15 mins. She says they can’t find it in their system but that SOMEHOW a person came through with the same code and they gave MY food away. I was in shock. WHAT DO YOU MEAN??? So she asks the other manager if they can promo it off and give the food to me because clearly I don’t have any food because someone drove off with mine!! He says to call the GM so now I’m getting mad, I’ve been here for 30 mins now and I’m so frustrated I could cry. They finally come back over and tell me they can’t give me any food. Wow. Just wow. They act like I’m trying to scam them when all I wanted was my dinner I PAID FOR. Spent 20 dollars on food just to leave empty handed. They give me a physical receipt and told me to come back in the morning and talk to the same GM who said not to give me the food. Mind you I work nights. I was so fed up I didn’t go the next morning and guess what I won’t be ever going again PERIOD.

It’s not that this McDonald’s is bad and the rest are good. McDonald’s corporation as a whole is absolutely terrible. Making the food extremely sloppy, forgetting sauces, and gatekeeping barbecue sauce like it’s something special. McDonald’s is absolutely terrible, especially the Knox McDonald’s.

I've had enough errors and poor quality with my food from this McDonald's. Never complained until now. The people there need to be more pleasant. Not all... just some. Today, I ordered on the app. When I arrived at window #1, she opened the window and said, "Have a good day," and closed the window as quickly as she said it. Receipt, please!!?? She ignored me, but I refused to pull forward. She opened it and shoved it out to the point where she actually hit me with her fingernail. RUDE. The drive thru employee was very nice and friendly. Yesterday, I was given a watered-down orange juice. Sent feedback to corporate about that bc this small orange juice was $2.99. They said to contact the location. 😅🤣😂 That was hysterical bc nothing has changed during the year I started going there. Small town few choices in my town. 😕 SIGHS.

Aside from the fact that you now have to PAY for your sauces, even if you order a meal that includes them (because I know this is corporate not local). They're always forgetting to put those sauces i paid for in the bag, or forgetting half the food I ordered.
Parking: People never know how to go around those in the drive thru and end up lining cars out to the highway, causing other customers to not be able to enter the parking lot.

My two teenagers and I went to McDonald's and got the $5 meal, and not only did it fill them both up, but the worker was very pleasant, and the line went extremely fast. The food was also fresh 😋!
