Love Pizza Hut in Knox Indiana, especially on Wednesdays. We get the $10 for 20 wings. Sweet Chili and Spicy Garlic are the best. The staff is always nice and the food A+.

The Knox location is a fun place to hang out, the manager Jessica had on a pizza outfit and was hilarious 😆 if I could give 10 stars I would. Oh yeah the pizza and food is awesome too!

Service was okay but when we got home, our bread sticks weren’t even cut, it was a bread brick cause it was so hard we couldnt cut it ourselves. Our pizza was dry and nasty as well. By the time we were gone they were closed so I will be calling in the morning.

After having lived in Asia, I don't expect the same level of service found in Japan here in the States. But I do appreciate good service when I see it.
Brandi, i think her name is from my receipt , greets me with my name, and asks me how I am when I pick up my order during lunch. It's a small touch but always appreciated. Thank you for the exceptional service thus far.

We had a hand tossed pizza but the center bottom crust was cold and doughy like it wasn't cooked long enough. The 2 different types of chicken wings were good! The pizza looked great but was definitely under cooked.

Ordered our pizza and got there right on time to pick it up. Had to wait in line for 25 minutes before getting our pizza. Next time I will order my pizza while I wait in line.

Today was the second time we left the Knox Indiana Pizza Hut, in the last 8 months. For dine in, we told by a very panicked waitress, an hour plus wait...that's what we were told after seated. This kind of service in a small town is just not acceptable. 3 families walked out with us. I love Pizza Hut pizza. Can't seem to get served.

Was told order would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited an hour and 40 minutes. They said they couldn't cancel orders from the app and called in 4 time and they wouldn't even answer the phone. Very poor service and I feel like a fifty dollar or more order should not need be be microwaved before you can eat it. Don't waste your time

For the last year or so, my adult daughters and I have driven down almost weekly from LaPorte, and we have never had an issue. We always have Amber as our server and we love her. She is so friendly. She pays so much attention to detail, she reads your order back to make sure she didn’t miss anything, and our drinks were never empty. I’ve seen her keep her cool under pressure when they’ve been super busy.
My only complaints would be to others who dine in. Learn to be kind! Learn to tip, then tip appropriately, and if you were her bully from back in school and you’re still picking on her, that’s not cute, and says a lot about you
