We had a hand tossed pizza but the center bottom crust was cold and doughy like it wasn't cooked long enough. The 2 different types of chicken wings were good! The pizza looked great but was definitely under cooked.

Ordered our pizza and got there right on time to pick it up. Had to wait in line for 25 minutes before getting our pizza. Next time I will order my pizza while I wait in line.

Today was the second time we left the Knox Indiana Pizza Hut, in the last 8 months. For dine in, we told by a very panicked waitress, an hour plus wait...that's what we were told after seated. This kind of service in a small town is just not acceptable. 3 families walked out with us. I love Pizza Hut pizza. Can't seem to get served.

Was told order would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited an hour and 40 minutes. They said they couldn't cancel orders from the app and called in 4 time and they wouldn't even answer the phone. Very poor service and I feel like a fifty dollar or more order should not need be be microwaved before you can eat it. Don't waste your time

For the last year or so, my adult daughters and I have driven down almost weekly from LaPorte, and we have never had an issue. We always have Amber as our server and we love her. She is so friendly. She pays so much attention to detail, she reads your order back to make sure she didn’t miss anything, and our drinks were never empty. I’ve seen her keep her cool under pressure when they’ve been super busy.
My only complaints would be to others who dine in. Learn to be kind! Learn to tip, then tip appropriately, and if you were her bully from back in school and you’re still picking on her, that’s not cute, and says a lot about you

Couldn’t rate a zero, but would’ve. Went to call in an order, got a call center… but when I drove 25 minutes to get it, they didn’t have my order. It sucks when you have a small town, but don’t get small town service. Also, this is the second time this has happened!!! Oh yeah and when we got there EVERYONE was standing around, but too busy to answer the phone.
I understand it's Friday night. But I placed an order at 344 for pick up at 420. I was there in line at 423 and didn't receive my food until 526 with 2 trucks ahead of me walking in to get their food. I have 2 young kids that I can't carry pizza out with. But waiting that long, I would expect fresh pizza. If it was, I wouldn't be here. But it was old and stale. I have a family of four that out of 2 pizzas, wings, breadsticks. The only thing ate was wings, 1/2 of the breadsticks. And 4 slices of pizza. I tried calling to fix it, but got hung up on. I have a picture showing how burnt and hard/dried out.

Drove from Michigan City to Knox for pizza as we no longer have a Pizza Hut anywhere close by. Boneless wings were cooked perfectly, plenty of sauce. Absolutely giddy that there us still a limited fresh salad bar which brings back many memories. Will ABSOLUTELY come here more often as wife & I are impressed with this small town proud franchise.

Drove all the way out to Buchanan for Pizza Hut as Northwest Indiana no longer has any aroun, unfortunately. The pizza was great, the order was done perfectly and the staff was very friendly. We came in about half an hour to close but they were friendly regardless and have us our food. Would add photos but we ate it because it was so good. We will probably take the loss on gas prices and go on ahead and buy some Pizza Hut from here more often. We recommend the thin crust and you can never go wrong with some breadsticks either!
