Our family loves Rabbit Coffee. Its not unusual to see familes on Saturday morning's enjoying a coffee or smoothie. The owners and staff are great. I love when they are roasting beans, the smell is amazing!

My wife and I visited this shop for coffee. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice including the incredible smell of the coffee upon entering the shop. Though I only drink coffee with cream and sugar I saw they had a vast variety of different types of drinks. I would consider this the "Starbucks" of Knox, but nicer.
