Knox deserves better. Being the only sandwich shop in town (other than restaurants), you would think they'd kill it for their community but they prove me wrong every frickin time I go there. My bread has been stale the last 2 times I've gone and the last time the lady didn't even cut my sub in half. I got the Philly sub on my last visit and it was a 1/4 of the size of my wife's turkey sub. When you're paying over $10 for a sub, you'd expect it to be overflowing with meats or at the minimum to at least be filling. At this point, I'll be taking the extra time to make the drive to Plymouth and get a real sub from Jimmy John's.
