i would like to start off by saying stephane the manager in charge on september 30,2025 @9:20 am, i appreciate her performance as a manager to fix my problems with the other manager on shift as well, she would not tell me her name, but there is no reason that a costumer should hear the MANAGER talk about a customer, i personally work in fast food, and the other manager i was talking about wanted me to eat the food she had put her bare hands on, i asked her to remake A single taco because her nails has dirt and from underneath, then proceeded with to complain to women making my food, i was disappointed in the service today with the other manager who wouldn’t give me her name, but i will applaud stephane for being professional about the situation and the young lady making my food as well. stephane asked the other manager to apologize and she proceeded to give me a half asked apology and when stephane asked her to mean it, she rolled her eyes and said she just woke up and was not wake enough, this is unacceptable as a manager to treat her customers like this, i loved stephane’s behavior and how she fixed the situation, but as a manager not having people skills is a red flag. thank you stephane and addie (i think that’s her name for helping me in this situation) this picture i put as well is unacceptable

Ordering from here is just a randomizer, you get what's in the bag. Service sucks, no one willing to help, and the food is just poorly put together. Better off ordering somewhere else. Not kidding.

Food was not up to standards chips taste stale did not put extra meat on the nachos when paid for it nuggets were unsatisfied not what you expected overdone hard as a rock for people's advice do not get the nuggets at Taco Bell and Knox you will be disappointed

Today I ordered my husband two burritos and a Baja blast Freezy I specifically requested four fire sauces and four Diablo sauces for his two burritos. I was only given two hot sauces and two Diablo sauces. I was then informed that you’re only allowed to have two sauces per item, and there are none out in the lobby either… Once my husband opened up his burritos they barely had anything inside of them the smallest crappies burritos I’ve ever seen him recive at a Taco Bell… speaking of crap, not only a few years ago did the same Taco Bell have human feces in their food….. With all these factors known to me being that I’m from the area and all I will no longer be making my husbands $23-$40 orders with your Taco Bell! Not to mention the women was very rude… ( I think she gets her rocks off knowing she can control the sauces at your local Taco Bell) giant accomplishment lady!! 😂 have fun with your sauces! 👍🏼👏🏼

Friendliness staff I've ever come across. Hot food and quick. I'm not a fan of any customer service with taming orders, but that is obviously corporate decision.
Corporate management is clearly ruining this store. The portions are small and you can only have 2 sauces per item ordered. You can’t even order extra sauce! Who ever is in charge of these changes is putting the stores employees in a bind.

Had a large order that was promptly and accurately made. The food was even still fairly hot after a 15 minute drive home. None of the fillings tasted as if they had been sitting for a while and the appearance was above par as far as fast food goes. The employees were polite and helpful. The only reason this gets 4 stars is that it is Taco Bell and the food can be satisfying but that is about the extent of it. As for the atmosphere I feel like I'm at TB, not much to tell there.
Vegetarian options: The black beans are surprisingly good.
Kid-friendliness: That depends on how your kids feel about Taco Bell.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.
