Stood at counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Wanted to pay cash. No one would even look at me. I kept asking for help, nothing!They brought orders up for other people. But just looked down instead of at me.They suck.

Service is horrible here. The people service you based off who you are.based off what car they see that the speaker. Not based off of. Pure genuine good food. I won't lie sometimes they have a great cook there. But the manager there seems to be horrible. She said before she doesn't care or mind if she lost her job. Also the hot sauce thing is completely ridiculous. One day we got 20 pr more hot sauces in one purchase. And whenever its the manager she doesn't even give us the right amount based of how many items we purchased. This business is completely pathetic. Other than the people who actually deserve there job there. Like we ordered 8 things and only get. 3 hot sauce. The manager obviously has a problems with specific people. And idk if she knows this but some people can't have specific things on there food. Yet they are pathetic and lazy. And pay no kind to random. Onions.cheese. beans being added. Im surprised they haven't been sued for putting the wrong thing in peoples food purposefully. What I think it is. Is they are to lazy and pathetic to make fresh food so they gives there customers. Old food that was sitting. With stuff thats on it that they may be highly allergic to. Just because they didn't want to actually work

Caroline, the girl who took my order was super friendly. I've worked customer service before and it's always best to have an employee that is upbeat and with a smile on their face.That being said, I am also disappointed. Very disappointed. I ordered 2 chalupas without tomatoes because I am highly allergic to tomatoes and there was tomatoes on both of them. I have the receipt to prove it. I ended up giving my food to my friend who I was going to visit because I couldn't eat it.Update;I returned today, October 29,2023 for my replacement and it is so good. Made exactly how I like it. Kayla, the manager I talked to last night was extremely helpful. Thank you for listening.
Karen who says shes the boss was very rude. In my years in food industry you don’t argue with customers or talk over them so if your looking to be scolded ask for hot sauce and she will snap some people should not be working in public. Please taco bell retrain your manager's or just karen. I’

There food was really good and they gave you what you ordered, and was generous!!! Quite shocked usually like the saying where's the beef!!!! I had lettuce and sour cream! With every bite!!! And plenty of meat!!

It's one of the only taco bells where i consistently get served cold food, like the cheese isn't even melted and is still cold. The staff is always nice but seems like bad management or owner. Ordered a happy hour freeze and was told they dont do those anymore per the boss, and when i said it was still on the menu, they said they were waiting for the new menu without it. Asked the manager at a different taco bell and they said they never heard of that. Went a different day after that and asked for a happy hour freeze and they gave it to me and when i asked worker they said they will only do it if you specify you want a happy hour drink or else they have to charge you full price.
