Every time I have gone or drove by, they are always closed. Their hours say everyday 7am-2pm, but I am standing outside at 8am and the entire place is closed?
Monday 8/26/24 at 8:30am, two ladies sitting outside said none of their servers showed up, so I guess that means they aren’t able to cook and make coffee?? So strange? Who runs this place? Seems very disorganized. Continually disappointing because I want to support local business but how many times can I try?
Edit: decided to try again because the owner seemed nice, a few days ago around noon stopped by, they were closed. Even though the sign out front is lit up and says “Open.” Now tried again today 9/23 around 8am, and they are still closed.

1st Visit. Ordered eggs, sausage, toast and potatoes. Wait for food was ~40 minutes. Sausages were bit dry/ eggs overdone. Servers were very pleasant but service seemed chaotic. Husband ordered breakfast tacos. He rated his food lower as it was mainly potatoes with 2 tiny tacos. His side of bacon was very undercooked! Warning: if you are coming from OOT this place is really cute & clean, but probably only sits about 30 people inside. (I think there was 3-4 small tables outside). I will likely try again but maybe a little later in the morning. At 10am place was pretty full, quite noisy and not really a relaxing breakfast. CLOSED Tues, Wed and Thursdays!
Wheelchair accessibility: Not really w/c accesible. No handicap designated parking. Unless maybe out side tables?

We ate here during Bass Lake Fest, and the food and service was absolutely amazing! I got the breakfast burger and the girls got egg white omelettes. Everything was absolutely amazing, very impressed! Great drink menu with lots of different mimosas! Also, if you’re looking for a proper coffee, this is a place to come! They have an espresso machine and lots of different options for coffee drinks. 5-stars!

The prices were high for what we got. Lots of potatoes in the skillets and little meat and other veggies. They had no condiments on the table other than salt and pepper. You have to ask for everything. The temp was hot until they finally turned on some air. The servers were great. It's not worth a second visit.

This place is great!!! Love that there’s another option around. We had their dirty chai tini and Irish coffee - both delicious! Breakfast was great also, we had the breakfast tacos and brekkie poutine, both were so good. Can’t wait to have people visit so we can bring them here! Thanks for bringing a great spot to town!

This is my second time doing a pick up order. Last year I'll give the benefit of the doubt for it being bass lake fest and recently opening. I waited later into the season to order to hopefully have staff trained and business to run more smooth. I placed my lunch pick up order at 1035. My order was accepted with a ready time of 11:11 - 11:35. My coworker and I both ordered with that same time expectancy. I showed up around 11:30 to pick up my order. My order was ready however my coworkers was not. They was a lot of confusion on how online orders worked. While I waited on my second order to be ready, I observed a lot of chaos with the staff. They were under pressure and not handling the stress well of people coming in. While it was steady, it wasn't nearly as busy as I have seen it in the past. There was phone orders ready that staff didn't know who they belonged to, tables waiting for service, tables sitting needing attention. I observed one waitress walking around with no sense of urgency whatsoever. The kitchen appeared fully staffed with staff coming out of the kitchen frequently. The bartender was super friendly trying to ease the tension clearly felt by the environment. There was a male that came through the back from the kitchen who appeared to be an owner that observed the chaos and just stood and smiled instead of trying to fix the clear issues that were happening. My second order came out around noon. By the time I got back to work with both orders, my food was cold. I had the turkey bacon panini and added avocado. I requested no tomato and to my surprise tomato was still on my sandwich. If my food was warm even with the mistake of the tomato it would have been phenomenal. I upgraded my order to french fries which were also cold and now soft. My coworkers skillet was just thrown together. Both items were quick and easy to prepare. Most of the items on the menu shouldn't take long to make and should be prepped ready to go. If the disorganization can get under control things would be better.

Waffles should not be deep fried. Eggs ordered over easy were made and delivered over hard. Bacon is deep fried to almost burnt flavor. Decaf coffee was flat and tasteless. Ordered French fries, but was later told the restaurant had run out!

Was not expecting everything to be so delicious. Especially for around here. From the frappes to the food we had everything was fantastic. Sad to see them shut down for the winter but will be regulars come spring!
