Food is over priced and the service from the kitchen was worthless. My wife got the fetacheny Alfredo with a salad and a side of mashed with gravy. Alfredo came, salad 10 minutes later, and after she was done eating she got the mashed.

Ordered online3/17/24. Doors were locked cops were called and they finally decided to unlock doors. Ordered a patty melt with breaded mushrooms. Supposed to be ready at 5 and after cops showed up food was finally given at 530. Cold and not a patty melt.

Despite dining at a time that was not busy, we still experienced slow service. It even took a long time for our drinks to come. Our server was communicative and friendly, though! And despite the food being overall satisfactory—especially the wings—there were some subpar aspects: it seemed like the restaurant used old oil for the fried items we had (cheese curds, fries), which gave them a slightly musty smell. Also, the water and soft drinks had a slight plastic flavor.

Food was good, but service was lacking. 1:30pm on a Saturday. One lone waitress/bartender trying to tend to the whole place. Some tables never got cleaned the entire time we were there. Hardly any were clean we arrived. Never got offered drink refills. Nice to see LaCrosse has a good place to eat at, but please hire more staff, and you'll do better.

Ordered ribs they were Luke warm ran out of baked beans offered no substitute and still charged full price . Then got my salad that I paid extra for , for desert I guess that’s a new thing ate at worse ate at a lot
