We had an extremely long morning and was very happy to get a break and eat our favorite sandwiches, that didn't happen. We got the order for dine in and saw it wasn't very clean so we took off anyways our food was cold , the sandwiches weren't warm or had the nice toast that arbys always does ...it was like they took it out of the bag and slapped the meat on it . I might add we ordered two different style sandwiches they both were COLD , disgusting and horrible! I've never had a sandwich from arbys this way but honestly they didn't seem to act like they cared . I would recommend to avoid this location at all costs!!

I always get the same thing, French dip and Swiss and mozzarella sticks with ranch dressing. The Mozzarella sticks tasted half burnt and the French dip was very dry. Plus wanted to add, one ranch cup is not enough for a 6 piece mozzarella sticks. I've only eaten 3 And my ranch is gone.

I got my replacement meal, the same thing and was very satisfied. Thank you.

I ordered a 6 PC mozzarella stick asked for marinara and did not receive any then when I called and let them know that I didn't get any they said we could drive back across town and get some marinara. The sticks were already cold so we asked if we could get a replacement order at a later time they said no, that they would only give us some marinara sauce for our already cold mozzarella sticks. Very rude!

Went for lunch (12/31/24) and got a smoked brisket meal with a 4 piece mozzarella stick and a small strawberry lemonade. So disappointed. The lemonade tasted like the syrup in it had gone bad, the mozzarella sticks were either over cooked or had been sitting long enough that all but one of the 4 sticks were missing cheese, and the sandwich? No crispy onions and for. $14 sandwich meal it was ridiculously underwhelming.
Customer service could have been better, she didn’t offer any sauces or confirm what I ordered.

Hey Arbys I said a number #14 Market Fresh Sandwhich for the drive through. I'm glad you didn't put onion on it, but you gave me the wrap and not the two pieces of bread that I wanted. That wrap is hard to eat while driving. which. The wrap was good but I wanted and said #14 sandwich twice.

Dirty sticky carpet shoes stuck as I walked through the dinning area on the carpet. It was so gross. The tile floors were sticky too but the carpet?!! Yuck.
