Order some food and it was so bad we had to go back and try to replace it and Travis or Trevor refused to replace and said as a manager he's not responsible to make sure good food is made and refused to give his bosses contact to me and used foul language with me... I'll be in contact with corporate and his boss anyhow

Can I just say moldy beef!!! Super gross I took a pic called them on the phone when I got there. They only were at first going to refund or replace the one sandwich we got 3 total all sandwiches were old beef with that unusual smell when u know it's bad. Food was old along w the fries. All room temperature. We took a total refund and got KFC instead let's say they rocked it way better.

I chose the curley fries and they were fried so long that they were hard and non-edible. The sandwich was very good .
This location has really went down hill, Arby's is one of my faves, but I keep getting disappointed with cold food not made correctly. Most recent visit, $15.92 wasted on smoked brisket meal, meat was room temp, bacon had raw texture, forgot sauce, and like 1 single onion straw. Basically absolute waste of money, again. Well not be returning to this location. BK is right next door and they've stepped their game up.
