Amazing girls that work there. They are always king and very helpful. They help us try new coffee flavors because we are stick to the camel but the girls in there help us find and try new one. Whoever trained these girls deserves a raise. Great ownership and management. Shout out Laporte Biggby.

Didn't even get my drinks. We waited behind a car that we assume is a worker since they were passing syrup buckets through the drive thru window. Then had the audacity to sit there and have a full on conversation after. It was inappropriate and we couldnt leave since we had a car behind us. Also the weed vape they were using made the whole drive thru reek. Sucks but it got us to try a local spot in the end. we went to rocky mountain Cafe and got our drinks within minutes. Drinks were delicious and they were cheaper.

To start, I spend a MINIMUM of $300 a month at biggby here in La Porte. (Yikes!! I know) I order the same thing every single day. For the past few months, my order has been either price jacked or food/ drink order messed up at least three times a week. I have been inside to have bragel remade, coffee remade, and some times I do not even stop back in because I may be on my way to an appointment or meeting so I do not have time to stop inside to get my order corrected. Try to call and not once has a person answered the phone……… I am not one to complain on Google but today ticked me off and put the icing on the cake!!!!!! When I eat my bragel, I split it in half eating one side at a time. This was the turkey havarti Asiago bragel. When getting half way through my bragel I bit into some very very cold brick like cheese, so I flipped over my turkey to find a huge amount of extremely cold cheese! I ordered this bragel how it would regularly come, one side of cream cheese nothing added. As you see here in the picture there is mixed cheese throughout my sandwich and about 8 SLICES OF COLD CHEESE on my sandwich. Now this, is pure laziness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyday I come in, and great for business the ladies sure do try to find any and every way to upcharge but everyday I say no to extras, and everyday the price of my order is always different. (Yes I have to correct the girls every single time to make sure I’m not being up charged extra) to the point that I have to show my receipt from the prior day because a different girl everytime tries to explain why the price is more, and now I am just ticked off. Not one time in the past year has any staff member offered me a rewards point program, I just saw online that there is one. Wow can you imagine the points I would have at this point spending this kind of money? I use to love the atmosphere here, but when I’m being treated like I’m a nuisance for asking for my order to be corrected or explaining why my price shouldn’t be more than 9.63 every single freaking day is totally ridiculous not to mention having to have either my bragel or drink corrected more than a couple times a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am ticked off, get it together Biggby! I’m basically making a car payment to you every single month and this is the service I get? 😡😡😡😡

Coffee wasn’t terrible, bagel was good. But figured I’d save a few minutes by stopping at Biggby instead of going outta my way to Dunkin- 14 minutes with two people in front of me from when I ordered til I got my order and pulled away. Can’t make this mistake again on my way to work.

Purchased 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese and asked for cream cheese to be put on both sides. So disappointed especially for the cost. Bagels were limp and soft and barely any cream cheese on them. I did take a pic of the bagel when I opened it. They were disgusting to eat. So chewy not like a bagel should be.

I love Biggby. I am always going through the drive thru and up until now, never had an issue. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese asiago bragel with cream cheese on one side, and when I opened it, there was no cream cheese and it looked like it had been slapped together.

Stopped by for an iced coffee today after shopping at rural king. Service was great, the girls working there were very friendly and available to help without making me feel rushed while looking at the menu. Prices are good and the drink was delicious. Manager Jake was friendly and attentive as well. Good location, definitely recommend stopping by!
