Came in with a group of 7 and took over 25 minutes to get drinks. Tables that were being seated after us were getting orders taken and being attended to before we were even able to order. When we finally received our food we got no napkins no silver ware etc. We had to go ask for forks on our own. By time our waitress came to check on us we were over it and were ready to leave. There were other waitresses just sitting around and on their phones. Very unprofessional. Will definitely not be returning .

Standard BW3, the service is great. Wings are great. The dry rubs are definitely something you need to try they absolutely rock. Our table and bench were starting to fall apart, which is my only complaint. It was very quiet and slow when we were there for lunch, but the food service was still very fast. It is a great place to sit down or just stop in for a quick lunch or dinner with the kids.

The service started out great, but then it took a long time to get our food while my drink sat empty for a while. When we finally got our food, then the waitress did not come back for a long time, then she finally came back and gave us the bill, but then I got up after waiting 15 minutes for her to come back to pay the bill. I was hoping to be in and out fairly quickly, no way! Not happening again, I will not be back. The food was good, but service poor.

I travel alot. Buffalo Wild Wings is usually a place I look to dine at because they are everywhere. Wanted to tell you about my laporte, in experience. These people are some of the nicest I have dealt with. her name was Sara. Nicest server I have ever had. Very tentive. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Also had a good conversation with a manager name I think her name was Paulette. Really a cool person. I can only hope my travels will bring me back to this place. I have never felt so at home and welcome.Parking: It works

First time coming here to order a to go and my food was great and the cashier was productive and professional offered me plasticware too and napkins, everyone energy was welcoming and they greeted but also allowed me breathe when I walked in the building they didn't just rush to me without me taking a few seconds to myself which at some businesses it be so irritating but this was was a great experience, their customer service was great just by coming in for a pickup order. Also my blackbean burger buns was Toasted extra just like I requested, the cooks read and followed instructions and thats also a plus. Good job whoever cooked My meal.

Have patience during lunch. There was only one waitress when we visited and it was quite busy for one person to handle. Because of this, our food didn't get to us while hot (it was barely holding heat). We enjoyed playing along with the trivia to pass the time.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious enough for a ♿️
