I went to McDonald's and tried to order a 20 piece nugget with lemonade. I sat in the drive-thru lane for 20 minutes and finally gave up. Then they went to Burger King and I was able to place my order without any hesitation. I will refuse to go to McDonald's in LaPorte ever again. Thank you Burger King.

The food is good as well as the price. My complaint with this particular Burger King is that you NEED to check your order before you leave. 3 out of my last 4 visits had something missing that was on the receipt. That's crazy bad. I've experienced this problem at this location other times in the past to the point I stopped going here.

Went there for dinner, only 2 cars in front of us. Took 35 minutes to receive our food, missed a good portion of our food. Got the rest, found out the drinks were wrong. No communication, manager looked dozed off. Would not recommend going to this location.
The cashiers are caring people and each window is people are very polite.

I eat so much fast food since I work all the time so I come here a lot but not anymore. I will give you your basic Burger King experience if you go here anytime after 8 PM OK you pull up this is how you get greeted on the microphone. it’s usually always the manager lady every night. This is how she speaks to you, especially if they are busy if there’s a long line of cars, you can always tell. It’s her from the car in front of you ordering you can hear her yelling out the mic. WHAT ELSE!? WHAT DO YOU WANT!? PULL UP! She is Just unbelievably rude and it’s all the time like I said I come here way too much way more than I should, but I would be the one to know. I’m here so much. They usually know my order. Well, this lady, I don’t know if it’s just me, but this is like a game she does with the cars. It must make her feel all high and mighty and powerful or something. I don’t know. I will pull up to the microphone. She will take the other microphone order first that car will pull up. Another car will pull up to that other microphone. She’ll take their order again. I will be like hello. I’m over at this one. Nothing a third car pulled up to the other microphone. She takes their order as I’m still being ignored so I pull up to the first window since I don’t wanna sit in Burger King parking lot for two hours after I’ve been at work all day For 12 and I get up to the first window. It’s a new girl and I told her the lady won’t acknowledge me. I just wanted to tell her I have a mobile order and I’m not waiting behind all these cars when I was here before them she went and asked the manager. The manager lady told her since I had a mobile order you do not need to stop at the microphone you go up to the window, which is a complete total lie. She’s doing it to try to act like she wasn’t ignoring me if she plays dumb to the other employees tries to act like She doesn’t know what’s going on. It’s weird. She’s got some issues or something and then how would they know what your food is to start getting it ready if you didn’t tell him at the microphone that makes absolutely no sense. Then the lady starts telling me how she has to get out of here because that lady on the microphone is nuts and no one can stay and working with her and blah blah blah And then I get up to the second window. The lady on the microphone was standing there alone and if you could just see the look, she was giving me like this most it looks could kill stare like she just is so mad and then the other girl I think she was training someone she walked up and suddenly the manager goes. Oh sorry honey it’s just us and blah blah blah blah some kind of excuse again acting like she doesn’t know what’s going on in front of the other workers. I said I don’t care you do this every time you know what I’m talking about you let every other person go up to the microphone and keep taking their orders as I’m sitting there being ignored as I’m trying to talk through it. She tells me I don’t need to be rude. I told her you are literally rude. Every single time I’m here I’ve heard other workers talk about it. I’ve heard other people in the drive-through talk about it and I said why don’t you go talk to the girl that first one back there she slammed this window open so hard leaned her whole body and like she’s about to get comfy and said so she’s talking shit about me back there Like some little high school drama or something. I said I don’t know and I don’t care Care. I want my food and she told me I’m not giving you shit until you tell me what is being said about me back there I said are you serious? I do not care and I’m not doing this. I just want my food. I don’t care about your little Burger King drama she slammed the door shut and finally went to get my stuff. This lady is in there like her 50s acting like she’s 20 with this Burger King drama.
