I have visited Cafe Trilogy a few times now. Every single time reminds me why I keep coming back. The food is always amazing and the dessert options are a great complement to the meals. My favorite dish is the Trilogy Mac. I highly recommend this place!

We found Cafe Trilogy, a little dinner that had some of the best food, great atmosphere, and truly amazing staff 😀

So first things first, after traveling the whole country and sometimes having to drive quite far for good food, my girl and I said the bourbon French toast is literally worth driving at least an hour for, and if you don't want that then you need to eat the brisket hash, it's literally perfect! Just enough seasoning through and through, absolutely perfect! We will be back anytime we get within an hour of this place

I was very disappointed with my experience here. The customer service was slow. rude, and unprofessional. My eggs were also cold! I suggest Mama T's Diner.

I decided to try this little restaurant because I always saw it sitting there quietly on the south side of LaPorte. Inside you find a cozy atmosphere with a couple of tables. It's not overcrowded. Hostess was polite and courteous. Promptly addressed me when I came to the front counter. The establishment was clean, bright, and cheerful. Music playing over the intercom was an 1980's playlist. Not too loud or distracting. My food arrived shortly after ordering. My meal consisted of seasoned potatoes with a creamy egg dish with fresh spinach and ham. It looked delicious! The garlic sauce with the scrambled eggs came together just perfectly! The flavor left me speechless! If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax while having a wonderful breakfast or lunch, this is the place!
