I come to dunkin a LOT, and every time i go, it always ruins my mood. The teens that work the nightshift absolutely hate their jobs. Barely can hear them when you talk in the speaker, always laughing and snickering about customers and can never do their job right. No manager on site. Absolutely horrible. but the morning shift!!! i love it! sweet people! they know what they are doing and thy LOVEEE their jobs!

The kid at the counter wasn't very helpful. I asked what's the consistency between a peppermint mocha frappe & and a cofffee??? Is the frappe like a milkshake consistency & coffee just liquid? He replied It's just peppermint syrup. Hhmmmm I thought....not my question. Maybe he was having an off day??? Not very friendly either.

Nice dunkin' donuts new remodel is nice. Always clean pretty prompt service despite getting really busy sometimes. Management is especially affable. I've been in some DD's that were downright rude but not this one.

went here after a funeral that we had to travel over an hour (for the funeral not dunkin) just happened to see dunkin on our way back home ,and we don’t have a dunkin in our town back home so we were both excited to get something we haven’t had in a while, service was ehhh, could be better, one girl had attitude but was way nicer then the other, didn’t see one adult/ manager just a couple of teens. one was on facetime talking while making food/drinks, they looked like they just hated there life in that moment witch i understand i work in fast food but still could fake a smile when serving people who have been nothing but nice, We ordered iced coffees with extra pumps of caramel and cream didn’t taste sweet at all and didn’t have really any caramel. went on 11/13 around 3-4.

Night staff manager is rude but the morning staff is where it’s at! Especially Jocelyn, she always makes me and everyone else feel welcomed. She’s so friendly, the whole morning staff is.
Usually, never have an issue here but recently while getting wraps or breakfast sandwiches, the bacon has seemed very undercooked and limp.
My most recent visit I got an iced matcha latte and had large ball sugar sprinkles in it. The kind that you should not be biting down on... Usually, the drinks arent mixed all the way through, so I was chewing to eat the power and bit down on the sprinkle. Thankfully, didn't break a tooth!
Still drinking this latte so I'm really hoping there aren't more 🤞

the young kid taking my order yelled at his register when it wouldn’t pop open, the young girl making the coffee had an attitude out of this world. when they messed up my coffee & I asked for it to be remade she rolled her eyes at me & her attitude progressively got worse. I would rather pay the almost 2 dollars extra to go to michigan city Dunkin then to ever return back to the LaPorte location. At least they are polite & I can actually taste the flavoring I asked for in my coffee, instead of straight coffee over ice.

Customer service sucks. Took my point for my drink but didn't give me my drink free like the coupon said. Said the coupon would be returned and it wasn't. Bigby has better coffee and wayyyy better customer service.

Idk what it is about teenagers working together, but stop and read the labels for the orders. Slow down and get orders right, not fast, is much better for us.
