Your drive-thru needs to be retrained and your managers needs to learn how to listen to their customers because the customers are always right

So.. I am a frequent customer here and I always put in a DT order on the app. Today I ordered a Caramel iced coffee with 2 extra pumps of caramel @ 453pm.. simple order, right. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I saw 2 girls laughing, 1 was wiping down my cup??? And the other girl had a crumbled up donut in her hand. YES I WITNESS THIS THROUGH THE WINDOW. I'm drinking my damn coffee at work, and guess what is in my cup FLOATING AROUND.... A damn donut... and guess what kind it was.. the SAME DAMN kind that she had in her hand. Literally guys, COME ON. You just lost a customer and hopefully people pay attention to this review and check their coffee before they drink it.
The lights were off on the outside and the interior lights were very dim inside, leading me to think that they were closed. Seeing 2 cars in the drive through lane, I took a chance and got in line. They were open. Just wondering why there were no lights. About 6:30pm

i went to this location to get a XL hot black tea with oat milk. i got to the speaker told them i had an online order and the young girl was automatically rude and when i got to the window they took forever. it seemed to be only 2 maybe 16 year olds there and i got my drink and when i got home i realized they had given me a black coffee.
Hey if I say no egg and a friend and I carry on at counter how much I hate eggs and you pit it on my sandwich, I'm going to be annoyed. I'm going to be more annoyed when I stand there for two minutes and your crew ignores me. So maybe we need a few more competent adult employees.

This Dunkin' has been my go to morning coffee for over a month now! Staff are ALWAYS friendly & courteous, a sign of supportive & caring managers/owners?! Coffee is perfect and they love my dog when we go to the drive-thru. Thank you LaPorte Dunkin' Donut!!
