Customer service sucks. Took my point for my drink but didn't give me my drink free like the coupon said. Said the coupon would be returned and it wasn't. Bigby has better coffee and wayyyy better customer service.

Idk what it is about teenagers working together, but stop and read the labels for the orders. Slow down and get orders right, not fast, is much better for us.

I am a frequent customer at this location. The people on the drive-through always make me feel so unwelcomed. also, the girl at the drive-through window didn’t even speak to me or give me a total. they are always in the worst moods. don’t get me wrong. The food is great and the drinks are amazing. The customer service just needs to get better.

Customer service is always horrible. Got coffee this morning and the girl working the window did not say ONE word, just held out her hand for the money, gave me change, and then handed me the food and drinks.. no total given, no thank you, no your welcome… and the people on the intercom are no better.

they’ve always gotten my drinks right and they’ve been good, but every time i’ve gotten munchkins in the past month or two, they’ve only been half glazed. i usually don’t write reviews, but this has happened four times now and it’s been pretty upsetting considering how much they cost and how disappointing they taste when they’re like that.

The stop there was good. Until I found out again that they charged me twice on my card of 11.57 in one day. Check your statements. Not the first time they've done this to people.

I only went here because Starbucks was closed and apparently will be for another week or two. It was 6pm so I figured there wouldn’t be much of a line and I could be in and out quickly. There was only 1 car in front of me but somehow it still took more than 10 minutes to get 1 coffee. I tried to just run inside but the lobby was closed. So went back to the line and now it’s just me. Still sat there for a few more minutes. It was just irritating because I’ve worked in food service for years so I feel like know what should take that long and what shouldn’t. And two guys in two separate cars getting 1 coffee each shouldn’t take 10-15 mins. It just means that I will never go back here for my morning coffee on the way to work. Because if it takes this long at night with 1 car ahead of me how long will it take in the morning when everyone’s there? Plus my coffee was wrong, but it was still really good so I guess it was worth it

Your drive-thru needs to be retrained and your managers needs to learn how to listen to their customers because the customers are always right
So.. I am a frequent customer here and I always put in a DT order on the app. Today I ordered a Caramel iced coffee with 2 extra pumps of caramel @ 453pm.. simple order, right. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I saw 2 girls laughing, 1 was wiping down my cup??? And the other girl had a crumbled up donut in her hand. YES I WITNESS THIS THROUGH THE WINDOW. I'm drinking my damn coffee at work, and guess what is in my cup FLOATING AROUND.... A damn donut... and guess what kind it was.. the SAME DAMN kind that she had in her hand. Literally guys, COME ON. You just lost a customer and hopefully people pay attention to this review and check their coffee before they drink it.
