Since I gave the Great Wall a good review last year, I have been back 5 times. I now realize that the only "good" day to visit is Saturday, when they seem to have most of the new food out and hot... I have went on Wednesdays, and Fridays, and Sundays, and the food varies a lot... from the best as I described last year, to pretty bad once or twice, when the hot food was not hot, a couple times when food trays were nearly empty, and several times when the dessert table...
