Probably the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The slowest service ever combined with horrible customer service, half the time it’s overstaffed with incompetent young workers who are too busy goofing off and playing games instead of doing their job. Constantly horrible service every single time I’ve visited this location.
One day it took us over an hour and a half to get 2 sandwiches delivered. Freaky fast? lol yeah right, you guys need to take down anything that says that, false advertising. Needless to say, after today’s expected bad experience, this will seal the fate of us never being a return customer to this location.

Do better JJ’s, Literally awful. I thought that Jimmy John’s was Freaky Fast! Do not order from this location or just be aware that even if you order delivery from one block away from this JJ’s location, it takes 30 plus minutes to get your order. Also, don’t be sorry. This was the worst experience + worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Placed order for my friend and worst service .. I requested for delivery asap and it took 1.5 hours for one sandwich to get that delivered after having 2-3 calls with store. The manager picked the call and there was no sorry or apologies, that’s not how a store should be runned. Atleast get more staff /drivers if the store is being busy , there is nothing to do with customers who is already paying for their food and delivery . Worst service and not worth of 1.5 hours for a sandwich from here

From now on, I'll be making my subs at home. The bread was hard and smelled like it had been dropped on the floor. Workers were spraying dishwater at other workers. And my bf's sub was drenched in horseradish. We ended up not eating the food. Waste of money

When I do order from this location it’s usually delivery but today I had the opportunity to go in. It was clean but the customer service is 0/10. No greeting, when I went to pick up my food I had to get my own bag it took about 5-8 minutes before I got my unwhich, I was the only one in there. They were too busy talking about Tik Tok. Moving forward I will just continue ordering online or won’t even bother because of the lack of customer service.

Our Jimmy John is busy during lunch, run by lots of high school and college kids, but not the typical fast food lot that goof Roubd in the back. Excellent work by manager to keep kids under control and pay attention to customers.

I worked for your location for all of 6 days before I was confronted by Trina (an employee) about the fact Trina did not want me to work there. There was no manager present and if there was it was aloud to get super loud before I walked out the door. I am not sure what to say exept it has been the worse work experience I ever had in my life and yall should be ashamed at the lack of professionalism in that store. Employees aloud to cuss on the line. Most the side work is done by 2 new ppl while the rest just sit on the line. There was little training as well. The most disturbing in the fact the assistant manager didn't seem to know his employees still need to wash there hands even though they are wearing gloves 🤮Obviously not a safe place for ppl with autism either. Nothing can be done but u deserve this review!
