We came to grab dinner while our son had practice…. We had 30 min to spare…. FAST- NOT AT ALL we have been here over 15min and still haven’t gotten our food,. There are multiple what seems like employees behind the counter distracting employees as everyone is talking and not actually making food. Instead of putting our food in a bag they handed them to us individually and gave me a bag the put them in. Glad this my 2nd experience but 1st time in this area… south bend is WAYYYY faster .

Just the worst. Please don't eat here. I placed an online order at 12:42pm for pickup, I arrived at 12:53pm and asked for my order and was told they were making it "right now". I stood back and watched several customers come in, place orders, and receive their food before mine was made. I watched numerous delivery orders get made and set to run out and the tickets had times before and after my own order. When I got my food around 1:10 pm I asked why I had to wait in the store so long and the girl shrugged her shoulders and said "it's busy" and then on my way out one of the guys yelled "have a nice day" in a sarcastic tone. Like I understand being busy but if I'm there for an online order you should move that ahead similar to the walk ins. Rude staff and no organization.

🤦 decided to give Jimmy John's a try for the first time. Ordered on-line. Only to get a call saying they don't have bread. Now I have to wait for my money to come back on my card. Welp guess what? Won't be ordering Jimmy John's anymore. If they were out of bread! Should of turned off on-line ordering. I could only imagine if I had limited money on my card and ordered a meal that wasn't gonna receive. Do better!

Freaky fast? Ordered at 12:26pm 12/22/24 for delivery. Now sitting at 1:10pm and I still have zero jimmy johns in my hands. The store is 3 mins from my house. Make that make sense. If you are busy, reach out to customers and let them know. That would be the professional manner in handling your time frame delay for delivery. Don't be sorry, just do better

This store is so slow with deliveries. We live very close and they still take over 30+ minutes. As an example, I placed an order at 11:31a and it’s 11:55a and shows that my order has only been received.
I order once or twice a month. They almost always forget the straw and napkins ? And this time again they forgot but also I wrote in the comments to add sugar packets (for my tea) and bubkus nadda. Not ordering anything anymore ?

Honestly one of the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. When I go in physically to the store half the staff is out on the sidewalk smoking right in front of the store and the last two time I’ve ordered delivery my order has been wrong or missing things.
Normally wouldn’t complain but the bread lately is so dry and nothing like I’d expect from a quality Jimmy John’s.
My stepfather is friends with Jimmy and at this point I’m about to go directly to the source to complain…
