Hey guys, we actually love Little Caesars, and always have. Don't even mind paying the $8 and change for a hot and ready anymore. But...
Tonight was disappointing, especially since I didnt really have to wait for my order on a football night. Pizza looked like it had been thrown together with about half the amount of toppings required, it was meh, but probably would've been incredible since we tried the Philly steak cheese pizza. The outer 2 inches of the pizza had nothing but some melted cheese on it, no sauce, toppings limited to the middle of the pizza.
Other than that, our usual breads ticks, wings, and regular pepperoni hot and ready was good.
The only other thing is when I went in, I was a couple min ahead of my order pickup in the portal. I asked one of the people working why my code wasn't working, he said it wasn't ready yet. OK, sure no problem, i dont mind waiting for hot food. The problem became when he bagged up the order in front of me in the next 30 seconds and was going to put it in the portal. I said, im right here. He said to me, Put in your code. Which i get! But maybe a please? Cmon, guys. Just some basic manners. Especially since Im the only custome in the room?
Never had an experience like this before.
I will send my husband to pickup next time, dont feel like dealing with some rude teenagers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The young man on the phone had terrible customer service. They totally screwed up our order and when my mom called, mind you she’s a very nice and respectful woman often too nice. He had a terrible attitude with her and said no refund and said they won’t give us the right food. The food we PAID for. She asked for his name or even the manager and he said “no you sound drunk” and hung up. She was not drunk. She called again and the same man with the same gross attitude, needless to say we won’t be ordering from here ever again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone else unless you don’t mind dealing with disrespectful little boys. He definitely knows his customer service is awful since he was too much of a coward to give his name.

Their steak crazy puffs are all cheese you might find a piece or two dropped on top for looks but nothing like the pictures. Got the same order in South bend the day before and they were as advertised.

I have never been treated so badly in my life. There was a gentleman at the front counter that had an accent. I cannot remember his name, but boy the way he talk to me was very disrespectful. I will be calling the manager today. He might very well be the manager that’s disrespecting The customers. I will be calling the district corporate whatever today. I’ve already emailed them the way I was treated with uncalled for.

Came into this store last night to get a pizza and some bread sticks normally whenever I come in here the staff is normally really nice and amazing but last night the manager had a nasty attitude it seemed like the employees didn't wanna be there and they were in a rush to close the store an hour early telling us wait times for a pizza were almost an hour long for 1 pizza and bread sticks good was really good pizza was a little sloppy and uneven but everything was made good

My mother went in to get a pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce, she asked nicely (I know she can be rude sometimes but we've actually been working on that and she's gotten a lot better and was actually being rather understanding) if they can make sure that it came with the cheese sauce and not marinara. The cashier insisted it was correct even after my mother had looked it over noticing a bit of red and showed her but they insisted it was correct. So she took their word for it and went into her car to eat a slice. She took a bite and it was in fact red sauce. She went back in to inform them that it wasn't right. No apology, nothing. Manager comes out and she explains it to them. They made a new one. While waiting for a new one my mom asked if she could have some bread sticks for the trouble (I personally wouldn't have asked for anything free but she felt if she had to wait another ten minutes she could at least nibble on some of the sticks. ) anyway long story short they gave her another pizza but the crust didn't really seem like pretzel? If was lighter in color and kinda looked like normal crust with salt dusted on it? It didn't taste right either kinds greasy and doughy. So when she got home she called them again not wanting a refund or another pizza but to complain that the order still wasn't very good. (I would have let it go tbh) however the bad part is the manager over the phone started arguing with her and accusing her of badmouthing their cashier which did not happen, if their cameras have sound I'm sure you can play it back and see she even thanked them and was being pretty polite through the whole ordeal. The manager yelled at her over the phone kept calling her an old lady and blacklisted her from the location. Now I understand there could have been some misunderstandings and I know my mother isn't perfect and I am a bit biased but I don't think there's ever a reason to call a customer names and blacklist them for complaining. Not sure what to really do but we called corporate and no one was in at the time.

Got pepperoni pizza for lunch and it’s really gross it also has a smell to it that’s not very good. I also got it through DoorDash so idk if there just giving away the not so good pizzas through them.
