They don't pay attention when you tell them what you want to eat. And there very forgetful on your order like if you ask for lemon sauce for the salmon.its ok place I'm just worried they don't care and will probably be out of business again. Pretty sad 😔

Ordered a two piece chicken with green beans add coleslaw and with Pepsi ordered 2 fish with Rice and coleslaw $25 and some change sign receipt get food ask for my drink didn't get it also no tartar sauce how do you sell fish and no tater sauce maybe tell the person when they order so they don't pay for fish without anything to put on it also include the drinks

I placed a online order on December 19th and they called and said they had to cancel my order as they were closed and that id get my money back within 2-3 business days.so i waited the few days went in to see what was going on and the manager there called her boss and they said they would refund it.it was around the holidays at that point so i have waited.but it has been MONTHS at this point and i still haven't gotten my money back which is $48.i would have like my money back or at least give me what was ordered at the time and maybe some coupons or something at this point.pretty sad when i was told by head boss id receive my money back and havent. hope you will do better in the future for others.

Food was so hard and overcooked. You couldn't even eat it. Staff is lazy and refuses to answer to the phone to even rectify the situation. Stay far away.
Ordered lunch from here today and all we got was food that tasted like it was cooked all day in old grease. EVERYTHING, including the hush puppies tasted the same. Old and greasy. We ended up just throwing it away because the food was basically inedible. I tried calling the store and no one would ever answer the phone. I really hope they can improve because we do like to have this as an option for lunch.

Saw a commercial yesterday for their chicken strip meal ..
I ask my wife today .. would u like a fish meal ???she likes an oil change every once in a while !!
Went there … and tried to order at the drive thru ..
I ordered 3 fish meals and one chicken strip meal .. the chicken was for my animal boys and girls ..
It’s dark outside … not one outside building lite was on at the long John’s .. I thought they were closed !!
At the drive thru ..I placed the order..
I repeated it three times and finally I was told to cum to window to place the order .. because they couldn’t hear ???!??
I Placed my order face to face ..
What did I get .??? Three pieces of fish and two pieces of chicken ..
When the order was handed out the window… I questioned the order in the bag .. to verify ..
When I got home and opened the order… it was 3 pcs of fish and 2 chicken strips .. plus a few fries ..
that’s it ..
For over $31 ….
My wife called to complain …. And the manager said the order was correct ..
Three fish dinners = 3 pcs of fish ….. one pcs for each meal ordered ….
a chicken strip meal… is 2 strips of “tuff” chicken .. per a meal ordered …
On top of that …my wife’s got a hair breaded into her piece of fish … No extra charge …..!!!
How do these rip off joints stay in business. ?? They don’t ….

My husband asked if I wanted to order dinner from Long John Silver’s in La Porte. I was surprised because 3 years ago he found a hair in his meal and has not eaten there since. I like the fish, so I said yes to dinner. He went to pick it up. He pulled up to the drive-in window. There were no lights on but he tried to place his order. They said he needed to pull up to the window to place his order. He ordered 3 Fish meals and one 3 piece chicken meal. When he paid he asked if he was receiving 3 fish and one chicken meals. When he got home, he had 1 fish meal and 1 two piece chicken meal. When I called and spoke to the manager, she seemed in a daze. I was very nice and tried to explain to her that we didn’t receive what we ordered. She hung up on me. When I was eating the batter crumbles, I found a hair. No more. Yeah they lost 2 customers today. You lose your business one customer at a time.
